This is by far the best suspense-horror film I ever watched, definitely much better than Friday the 13th according to Janet Maslin
I don't know what to think now.
Saw this on TV as a kid and have been looking all over for it since. It's impossible to find, which is strange because it actually had theatrical release and shouldn't be that obscure.

I saw this movie 1987/8 at movie teatar with my mom and brother..i was around 9..for many years i could not remember the title of the movie,but still remember that hummer very well..latter i find this title on the vhs tape, which is rare to see nowdays.

Absolutely not a patch on the book... They made too many changes and ventured too far from the original story - if they had stuck with the original book plot it would have worked much better
