The fact is these two work like a brother and sister duo and it's just amazing they're animation they did in this one and the fact it seems that their mouth movements are can better in each episode, don't you think? They're animation is just getting each advanced in each episode, you know?
I'm so happy that Bliss and Doc didn't just switch voices; it's always so distracting to me when other animated series do that for the Freaky Friday Flip trope. They're both doing excellent (and hilarious) impressions of each other, too. Can't wait for Part 2!
The reason it doesn't work is because they "magically" switch voice boxes as well as minds. Where as in this case, they've realised that doesn't make sense.
Some shows do the trope right and some don't. The episode of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers where Billy and Kimberly swap bodies is a good example of the trope done right.

I also wanna bring up Your Name as another solid example that has a bonkers twist I didn't see coming about the swap
I really like the fact that they didn’t swap voices too! Part of the reason they do the voice swap too, in children’s shows at least, is to make it ‘obvious’ what happened. But it’s not really necessary and I like this much better
I like how this story didn't devolve into "My job/life is harder than your job/life" like a lot of these types of stories do. They're only switching roles to maintain the status quo, which is totally understandable, and not having it be a life-living competition. Great work as always Doc, Bliss, and the entire Analysis Anarchy team. Looking forward to part 2.
This is so much better than any other body swap animation I've seen! The fact that you did something entirely different and had each other try to act like the other person! And seeing the calm minded Dr Wolf act like the energy filled Bliss and Bliss act calm minded Dr Wolf is so funny yet intriguing!! Can't wait for part 2!!!

I like how they talk for real with moving mouths. Also extremely love how Dr Wolf sounds absolutely cute when he talks like that. I can only imagine how much time he had to stop recording from all the laughing while talking so high pitched. And as usual, even in his body, Lightning still needs to be the adorable sass. And I say it cause she hates that word and I don’t give a flank about it. XP
This is the first episode that's made me laugh in a LONG while. XD I must commend both Doc and Blissy for being able to realistically impersonate one another! I LOVED seeing the more goofy, playful, puppyish side of Doc (him chasing his own tail was something I didn't know I needed), and it was nice seeing Bliss act composed for once. ;) I look forward to seeing where this is going to take us... and them. ;D
8:23 It is at moments like this you have to remember Dr Wolf's in universe OC is a several centuries old magically uplifted wolf. He is intelligent and the voice of reason the instincts of a wolf is still deep in there. :P
I appreciate that this is basically 'Freaky Friday' but without the conflict between the two parties. Neither Doc or Lightning Bliss are like 'my job is so hard, you have it so easy' and it's refreshing.
Or rather they'll kinda piece the clues together like a puzzle. For instance, Aramau will be like "Why is Lightning Bliss addressing me as 'Miss' all of a sudden?"

I've got to give this a proper A for effort. Keeping the same people doing their voices for their own models makes perfect sense because voice boxes don't change when minds get switches. I could critique that they have not got each other's speech pattern down and slip in to their own speech patterns when delivering the lines some times. But honestly the fact they put the effort in to do it and to try and do it right is the real marvel. I can't wait to see what kind of mess this is going to be in part 2, and who is going to figure out things are not right first.
Firebrand knows Doc well enough that he'll know something's amiss here. Finn saw through Silver's He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named disguise in "Deep Cover", so he'll surely realize here that Blissy isn't really Blissy. Just everything is perfect here! Secondly, YESSSS A FREAKY FRIDAY EPISODE! I’VE ALWAYS BEEN WAITING FOR AN EPISODE LIKE THAT! Thirdly, Doc. Oh my god Doc. I don’t know if it’s just me, or maybe it’s because of new vectors, but even though it’s Bliss being in his body, this episode literally just made Vixen boy over here just straight up adorable. And I love it :) Fourthly, even though these two bits are kinda minor, but I am still curious about the whole thing going on with Lightning’s disapproval with Aramau being the new medic and how Doc is going to tell everyone about something that only a certain spray maker knows about All in all, this episode was great! Can’t wait for part 2 to come out! Who knows? Will Doc and Bliss come back the way they swapped? Will they be able to keep this situation quiet? Guess we’ll have to find out next time!

YES!!! They did it the fun way! Body swaps have always been interesting episodes to me, but less fun when the voices swap too. When the voices swap I call it the lazy way or the kid's way. Nothing inherently bad when voices swap with the bodies. I just don't find it as fun. It's more fun when the voices stay but sound different because of the body swap. ^^ I am so extra hyped to wait for the next episode. ^^

Honestly one of my biggest gripes with body swapping scenarios is when the characters swap, they usually have the other person’s voices coming out of each other’s bodies. I was really hoping y’all would try to play each other’s characters with your own voices, and you guys did not disappoint. I love it when people try to be creative and give voice actors a chance to play each other in these sorts of scenarios, and I’m glad y’all decided to go the fun route regarding this.

TF2 analysis graces my recommendation yet again. the last time I saw this series I ended up finding out about tf2. that was 3 years ago now. I doubt I would have found tf2 or even ended up playing it. Thanks for making this amazing series.

I take it either party wrote the lines for the other in the way they would normally speak or act in this situation ? also seeing Dr. Wolf completely out of character chasing and playing with his tail was adorable!... Also Bliss Missed the moment calling it a "freaky" experience rather then "unusual" experience.

They're not the first who have done it this way, but this isn't exactly a commonly used method for handling freaky friday body swaps.

I think the reason Doc doesn't wan't Lightning Bliss to go out is due to the reveal that Doc can't use the Respawn Generator as hinted at in the Red Vs. Blue part when Doc was talking with AntonyC.

This was pretty funny. Blissy and Doc doing impressions of each other makes for a good time.
This was a pleasant surprise. I got such a huge kick out of Bliss and Doc impersonating each other while not changing their voices.

I take it either party wrote the lines for the other in the way they would normally speak or act in this situation ? also seeing Dr. Wolf completely out of character chasing and playing with his tail was adorable!... Also Bliss Missed the moment calling it a "freaky" experience rather then "unusual" experience.
It feels weird seeing Dr. wolf (who is Lighting bliss) freak out. Its like a new thing! Lol! Great job on the animation! I see a huge improvement
