as a kid i hate Kingpin as a villain of spidey coz he doesn't have a flashy show powers... but as an adult he is now one of my favorite Spider-man villain...

I don’t recall Kingpin being an adversary to The Punisher in the 90s Spider-Man cartoon.
Lee & Romita created the Kingpin in the 50th issue of Amazing Spider-Man in 1967, although Frank Miller re-created him in the pages of Daredevil in the early 1980s. He was largely based on Sydney Greenstreet's character in the Maltese Falcon.
