Kenya's food problems started when someone who is vying for presidency was given the agriculture docket. remember, for those who do not recall, the agriculture docket was run by the then white colonizers and food stuff since then was delivered horizontally, costed very cheap. milk was distributed by the then KCC, AND WHEAT WAS DISTRIBUTED BY THE THEN CEREAL BOARD OF KENYA. the shilling was very strong. a whole loaf of bread costed less than a shilling, milk a half a liter costed less than a shilling. the corps earned three hundred shillings as a monthly pay, that is an example. the current kids should now read from historians. it is very easy to follow a river from its source to the end.

The spiritual & the carnal. The spiritual outlook is those who see things in the unmanifested. In the non physical. The carnal outlook are those who see the manifested. The physical. The way u explain your analysis es, very few people, even among your learned friends "professors" get it. What I may caution u is that we may not be perfect. But we must start from somewhere & slowly, build on the right side of development. That's what Baba & Mama are to do. We start us of. Lay the foundation & the coming generation to stand on. Prof is university lecturer, journalist, UA-camr. Makes me believe that he is economically well off. That is why he is talking saying "in whose hands are we safe". The comfortable are talking about safety. The young and old who live hand to mouth want opportunity, not safety.
