Mike Miller outlines how using goose floaters in your duck decoy spread can bring more success on your next hunt. Be sure to check out the full article at: www.wildfowlma...
I use more honker dekes than ducks, I rarely see other hunters use them which gives me the edge. The pull power is insane, especially if every nearby Hunter is only using ducks. Sometimes I don’t even have to call, they will pass up other spreads and drop right into my kill hole. Definitely worth the investment, they add visibility to your spread, they set you apart from other hunters, and like in the video, they pull in geese and make an excellent back stop. Great video btw

My very experienced waterfowl hunting partner has always said that the best duck decoy is a goose decoy. Seems to work for us.
Who makes the waders your wearing?
So you’re using goose decoys to do the same job you’d use duck decoys for, cool.
I use nothing but goose decoys over water or in a field.
