The nude side Therme has its own change room where you do not need to put on shorts or a bathing suit, this is for adults only. It is a mixed change room with some private change cubicals. Most people in the nude area walk around in robes (which is aloud) and they remove their house robes before they enter a sauna or any of the water features. Most people bring their own house robes or you can rent some there. This resort is incredible, it is expensive but it is worth it.

Didn't know about the changing room for the nude side. For our shorts, we just used some cubbies we found near the entrance.
When we were there there were many people walking around with no robe or towel. We ended up doing that most of the time as it's less cumbersome and freeing. We would only use our towels to sit or lay on when taking a break from the water and/or heat and when walking through the food areas.
We'd love to visit different thermes around Germany when we return.

How cool is that! What an incredible experience that must be. I’ll have to go to Germany.

nice video. thanks for the review. look out, the ER is Erding is pronounced like the leading ER in error, not the er in liver.

I plan to visit at the end of the month, but, out of curiosity, was there a language barrier? My German is enough to order me food and that's it.

Not a problem. English is pretty widely spoken.

Hey Guys! Practice up a little on your German pronunciation - especially the "r" sound. The town and name of the spa is ER (air) DING. And Therme (which is Italian, I think) is TEAR (tear) Me (Ma). The towm and spa is very close to the Munich Airport, which is how I found it. I would always schedule an extra day to "take the cure," as they used to. There's also a hotel as part of the complex, the room rate includes admittance. (There could be 2 hotels.) Haven't been there in a few years, and while never cheap, the price has gone up! But I know they have late in the day rates and promotions, etc. It is a wonderful place. Many Germans love their naked swimming and you see all types of folks relaxing and having a good time. To the comment about not speaking German - I only speak a little bit, but have always had a employee who could and was happy to help me out. Thanks for the video and many German towns have similar (but smaller) facilities.

Yep, we plan to visit more thermes no matter how they're pronounced 😜
      Thanks for watching.

Great information, but 1 thing was not very accurate. With the Deutschland Ticket you can't take any train, only local transport and the red regional trains. If you use one of the white trains w/o a separate ticket and you're checked you'll get a pretty hefty fine.

It took me a minute to realize that you were saying Therme. It's pronounced more like Terma. Glad you guys had an amazing time! Love the content. Greetings from Nürnberg! 😊

It was a super quick trip so we didn't really learn how all the trains work. That's good info to know about the "Deutschland Ticket" for when we return. Thanks

Therme, Terma, it's all the same in the end. ♨️

@@birdieandbambam agreed! For you both it wouldn't matter, but if asking for directions, many Germans would probably draw a blank unless it's pronounced relatively similarly. Bavarians aren't know for their English skills. That's the whole reason I have a job. 😅

Do you boys have an only fans or some other place where there’s no restrictions like on here? Totally luv your trips every where that you share but just gets hard to watch with blurs and blobs over bits.

Germans have a healthy relationship to body and nudity.
