When I lived in San Marcos, many years ago, there was an extreme shortage of water! Where does all that water come from ,?? There differently was NO San Marcos Lake!!? Went to school in their four room school house, that had a belfery! Had a snow storm in 1949?? Can't believe how much the place has changed! - hopefully for the better, especially since the cost of living has soared beyond belief!

Can you share the general costs of the stay and how was the wifi?
Yes of course! Priices vary greatly starting at $220 and up to like $700 depending on what you are looking for: waterfront, lakeview, pool friend, hotel vs. cotttage and one or 2 bedrooms. The wifi worked well for me!
