Nice!
This is my dream house!!!
Beautiful home
This house is 120000 to 150000 with upgrades I called and asked a sales rep
You don't do justice to these homes the way you video.
There is something wonky going on with the video, it looks all wavy and stuff.
We can definitely build one for you as a green modular! Factory built housing is the ORIGINAL green construction! More good news - - this house comes as a 3 bedroom and our La Linda II comes with 4 bedrooms! If you have any questions about the La Linda and where you an go to find one, just send me (Eddie Small) an email at Esmall at palm harbor dot com. I will be happy to help!
The house is beautiful but dam them bedrooms are the size of my bathroom
Wow would be nice if you'd upgrade that cheap camera of yours
Nice
LOL! Can I move in TOMORROW? I want this type/style but 3 or 4 bedroom, jacuzzi tub, larger front porch...MODULAR GREEN home--- a girl can dream!
There are some nice features to this house, but there are some negatives as well. For one thing, having a sight line that runs straight through from the front of the house to the back is a negative. It's nice to have a buffer.
Also, having the stove centered right in a main pathway from the front to the back of the house is an issue. You have a good view of what's going on from either end, but if you have people, pets, or kids going back and forth past you as you're trying to cook, it could easily become a nuisance or a danger.
I thought the facing for the fireplace in the family room looked too fake. It looked like spray painted plastic. Maybe it looked better in person....
For anyone into feng shui, the house had issues too. Feng shui (pronounced fung shway) is about the energies all around us and harmonizing those energies so the place we live supports us energetically as well as in its obvious functional role of being where we eat, sleep, etc. From a feng shui perspective, being able to look all the way through the house from the front door to the back is a negative. Good energy & opportunities are said to enter through the front door. When it goes straight through to the back, the beneficial energy that comes in rushes straight through, accelerating, and ultimately rushing right out instead of circulating and lingering a while.
Another potential negative with this home is having a bedroom that extends past the front door. In feng shui theory, this could be a challenge if the front bedroom were to be used as a child's room or for someone you wanted to feel settled, comfortable, and like a permanent part of the household. If used as a home office, guest room, or flex space, it could be fine though, as far as feng shui theory is concerned.
When can I move in? This home is awesome.
what is the cost of this unit with it all set up completely
Do you build in other states ? We live in southwest Michigan

This is the one where I didn't like all the furniture.

Yes I know.
I just enjoy seeing it through the eyes of the owner. The furniture is often a selling point for some people.
Some people don't have the ability to imagine what it would look like furnished.
Anyway,. Out of all the ones I've seen so far, and that's alot, this is the only one where I do not like the staging at all. if it were up to me, I think I would get me a new designer.
Lol
PLEASE !! Give the camera to someone who understands how to present your product…. Watching this, is like walking with a drunk 🥴
I am so glad you didn't bang on anything with a ring like the other guy does, he's so annoying I won't watch him again
