You might not know this and I didn't until recently, but barbarians deposit one population for every territory they siege down. Since you started in Caledonia for this run it would've been beneficial to allow barbarians to siege your territories to increase your integrated pops as the pops they deposit are of the majority culture and religion which surrounds their spawns. An 8k sized barbarian stack would deposit up to 16 pops as an example.
Oh nice no i didn’t know that but thanks! Tbf I guess I was accidentally doing this anyway as I pretty much only fought a couple of the stacks and left the rest because they were so big 😂
Very cool video, i love it. Also in the Albion tree you have a branch to reform with easier task and better rewards. You can try it for another time if you do a Hibernia run or something Like that. And i would love see you continue on Albion tree. very few video on the new invictus mission tree but very interesting to play.
Thanks man :) Yeah I couldn’t remember whether it did or not because it was a while since I played Albion (I started Brigantes that time) thanks man. Yeah the mission tree is insane!
there is one thing you could consider if you want more political influence, if you start as a tribe and reform into a republic (or start as a republic) then you can gain more political influence from a modifier of an innovation that makes you become a dictatorship (though it will always cost some of the stability equilibrium, and depending on the chosen option you might also have to deal with a very corrupt starting dictator/emperor)
@@Red_Zed your welcome, just note that it takes around 6 innovations in total and is related to the internal politics portion of innovations (it's honestly worse than the old system to become a dictator, but at least this way it has more meaning (the stability equilibrium cut is permanent as far as i know) and is more rewarding)
Nice game play! Consider making a big epirus campaign, marry phyrrus with the niece of Alexander, she is the sister of the other ruler you gonna get following the historical path, so you get the blood of the argeads and when you restored the empire of elexander it gonna make the name argead empire instead of hellenic empire
Your job isn't finished yet, We english are formed from northern germany, norway and northern france. You know what to do next. (This is totally not a part 2 bait noooooope.)
Finally scottish indepence!
Finally
I WAS GONNA DO THIS FOR A MEME VID CALLED "I played as some Scots for the girl I like" but you did it. Fair play, you beat me by a day :)

Nice! But do you ever use the Summon War Council and Invoke Devotio? I've never seen you do that I think.
Yes I use devotio a bit just don’t really show it, I should summon war council more tbf but I often just forget lol

Yeah the mission tree is insane!
Why did Caledonia vote to remain in the kingdom of Great Pretania
Because they became the Kingdom of Great Pretania 😆
SCOTLAND FOREVER!!
Great vid btw
Thanks man! :)
I also would like to see you play the Sogdians.
Albion needs to Conquer Egypt.
Egypt!? 😅
@@Red_Zed We going full Scottish, we need to invoke 'A Scotsman in Egypt.'.
Haha nice. That will be quite difficult 😅
@@Red_Zed All fun challenges are.
True
Love the video ideas my guy
Thanks man! 😊
I just had a campaign as caledonia and the mission tree is so fun
Yeah it’s great and the Albion one is OP as hell :)

This is actually an insanely good idea! Thanks man 👌
@@Red_Zed thanks!!
👍
Are you thinking of playing knights of honor 2?
Not atm bro
Weren't the Scoti a Gaelic (Irish) tribe?
I mean it geographically speaking today, otherwise no one would know what I’m on about 😆
@@Red_Zed True
Utopia and slavery dont mix that well but i mean the greeks(ancient) did say that those two mix well who am i to say anything 😅
I meant it kind of jokingly from the Scottish perspective but yeah it’s not that clear 😅
In the original Utopia (More's book) slavery was very much present.
These ain’t even Scots, these be Picts matey
I mean it geographically, if I put ‘Pictland’ in the title most people wouldn’t know what that meant ;)
@@Red_Zed True, Picts should be talked about more in our history books tbh
Yeah
