It was absolutely ridiculous, the ref didn't give us three without a doubt correct penalties. This was a frustrating match, because the ref and the goalkeeper. WSW was playing with the best strategy they have and they deserved to win. However, we didn't deserve to lose. Every fan of AL hilal is proud of their team and this match. Congratulations WSW.

Most of their opponents in the knock off stage dominated them in possessions and chances, but the game of football is not won like that. In the end, the team with the most goals scored wins regardless of their performance. WSW were good at that. They knew how to finish their chances compared to all their opponents in the knock off stage. Once again, congrats to WSW.

Let's all remember. Al Hilal over 2 legs had something like 40 shots.........and only 6 on target. Over 2 legs WSW have 10 shots, 6 on target, score once and have another hit the post. So tell me, whose the better team? Who took their chances? Who executed their plays when the opportunity arrived? No contest really.
Nothing was ever getting past this keeper, no point sooking about penalties that would have just been saved anyway. Referee did the right thing by not wasting time.
I watch mls so I really don't know anything about these teams but it seems like Al Hilal was acting they way they did because of frustration about the bad calls. Watching highlights from the first leg shows they handled a fair loss better. They probably wouldnt have been so pissed if they simply lost fair and square.
Alhilal Is like the Barcelona of Asia they play beautiful tiki taka possession and build up style of football with talented players from South America and Saudi Arabian national team, great players and team to watch , they also qualified to the final this year 2017 and lost agains Japanese Urawa Reds in the same fashion, the Japanese team played defensively like the Aussie team and won by slim chances , Alhilal weak point is to have a number 9 that can finish big games. To all the fans crying over the referee, Al-Hilal were lucky to even make it to the final because it was helped by the split of the teams into West and East Asia zones.
