This is just the footage from the one camera they had on set after 2Pac started getting frustrated with out slow it was happening, the entire music video was supposed to be a short film, it started with two Puffy & BIG lookalikes driving around in california as it's slowly revealed they're being tailed by the Outlawz and 2Pac. This angle was supposed to be them in their War Room planning the hit and was going to be edited with other scenes of them pulling off a raid on BIGs and Puffys hideout.
