I'm about to buy those but I'm also really scared of my Genelecs 8030 falling from the stands as I work with music (loud music lol) and there's no way to hold them in place securely. Take care!
It's quite stable. No issues so far and I listen loud volumes too. The padding has got good friction and the top plate is flat (no inclination) so that helps too.
Same bro, I have the 8030c and 7050c sub, the genelec short table top stands are crazy expensive and then you need to buy the plate separately more $$ Same search, these look better to me that the Kanto 6” I like that you get two top plates to choose from The bigger plates look good to allow our Genelec four ball decoupling bases that came with the kit since we can pitch the monitors using those

Wonder if the R-50 would be too big
I do not think so because it's large enough for the R-40M.
