This video is far more important and profound than the things mentioned above, it is pointing you taking you to heaven, which is yourself which you never left, one with love (God) when you come out of personal mind, out of your personal story the universal mind takes over, this is the core massage of Jesus in the most simple language.❤
Beloved Ebrahim, thank you for your most kind comment. I am so happy that you are here. Yes, I am a simple guy, and Jesus was, too. He was telling us simple people the simple truth we never could hear.... I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
20 years ago I was initiated in the practice of Kriya yoga by the Swami Paramahansa Hariharananda. There are many elaborated meditations techniques on this tradition but I will never forget that almost all teachings of swamiji ended up with a call to concentrate in the fontanell (crown chakra) with a very short breath and hearing de divine sound there. The easiest and jet deeper meditation technique I has ever known. Thank you.
Beloved MindfulKayaker, oh wow, I am so happy to read your comment. What a blessed life you have. Yes, this "secret" of the crown chakra is very old, and now, us normal people who are living in society are ready for this as well. We live in such blessed times. I am so happy that you are here. I send you warm regards and every blessing. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
This is beautiful - and this guy is so sincere, but resting your attention, anywhere, even the top of your head, is still being in your mind. Right? Right.
Yes, you live like I do. I discovered (on my own) what you learned from your Guru. I am able to be present and notice which thoughts cause my life long grimaces and my nail biting, enabling this Being to stop these habits and live without thoughts all day long. I don't meditate, but have learned to trust that Universal power/energy which guides this body throughout the day without thoughts and like you say, it is beyond amazing how much gets done without thinking, so much more in fact than when I used to plan/think make lists etc. What freedom and joy to live thoughtlessly finally now that I'm 85.
Beloved Kaiven, what a joy it is to read your comment. I am very happy for you. If you live without thought, you are blessed. I am so happy that you are here. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Thank you very much for your comment, because I’m 80 and afraid of too late to get what you said. My thoughts create anxiety and fear and all sort of issues and somewhat I know all that stuff is a lie and only exists in my thoughts.
@@Eduardo24ization Beloved Carlos, don't worry about "too late" 🙂. You have been on this path for many lives! Yes, you know that all this stuff is a lie and not the truth. But it takes practice until you really know it - until it becomes your own inner experience. This is precisely why meditating the Samarpan Meditation is so tremendously valuable. I am very happy that you are here. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
I was probably not more than one year old when I became conscious. I lay on my back in my crib, which was placed right next to a westward facing window on the second floor of our home. I looked out and saw a bright sunny morning with the sky so beautifully blue, and I could see the branches of a great old maple tree, its leaves gently waving in the breeze. I looked and saw the roof of our next door neighbor's house which had light green shingles that shone like tiny diamonds. My eyes followed the upward slope of the roof and I saw one of those old television antennas that everyone had in 1958 and it was glowing like a silver angel against that blue sky behind it. Of course I had no concept of what any of these magical sights were as I beheld them with great wonder. I saw them without thought and with pure awareness just as we will when we learn to be, without thought. Thank you, Dhyanmikael-en for your inspiring video.
Beloved QGuru, thank you for your touching sharing. What a memory; what a treasure. I am happy that my video inspires you. Yes, only without thought can we truly see. In Love 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻, Dhyan Mikael
This was perhaps your first moment of unconsciousness or self-consciousness. We are all born fully awake and lose consciousness through ego cultivation and identification. We also don't form memories when we are fully conscious which if why memories are more rare when very young. Memories are sensations or thoughts that are stored and accessed through conceptualization.
Thanks, it is impressive, astonishing! Until now I have been practicing concentration on my breathing twice a day, but now I can practice not thinking all the time I want. It is marvelous to learn this tecnique of concentration on the top of the head. Thanks a lot
Beloved Bijan, thank you for your comment! I am happy to share my enthusiasm about this amazingly easy path to thoughtlessness and happiness with you... If you want to integrate Samarpan Meditation into your life, I recommend you watch an introductory video about the meditation. On the US website for Samarpan Meditation, there is a nice, rather long UA-cam video from an Introduction Workshop for this meditation from April 2023 ua-cam.com/video/AnwjZLmoNd0/v-deo.html The practical instructions about how to do this meditation are compiled at the end of the video, here: ua-cam.com/video/AnwjZLmoNd0/v-deo.html&t=4528s With warm regards and every blessing 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Years of contemplation , deep observation , reading spiritual texts make it easier and then every meditation technique works......just my personal views 🙏🙏🙏
Beloved Deepak, thank you for sharing your own personal experience. Yes, it is different for everybody. I have met many different ways of meditation, however, for me, the Samarpan Meditation is truly unique. Everybody finds their perfect way...😀. I send you warm greetings and all blessings. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Percy, thank you for your comment. I am so happy that you can feel this peace. What a blessing. This is what it is about - not about the words 🙂. Thank you for being here! Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Nariender, yes, and then, the child learns his or her name - that's the start of the ego and the deepest part of it. And then the cild learns "do this" and "don't do that", and it learns that he or she has a gender and a nationality and all sorts of other properties, as if the child is the body. This is how we unlearn bliss. And then to discover the truth.... that's the amazing game we are playing. I am happy that you are here! Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Thank you for sharing what you have come to know. Although I've been meditating seriously for over twenty years, I've already found what you shared very helpful and synchronous. There is a great stability and profound simplicity to this approach.
Beloved LazarusComeForth, thank you so much for your touching comment. I am very happy that you are here. Jesus brought Lazarus back to life. This is what meditating does to us: we have been dead, completely unaware of our true nature, and now, slowly, we become alive again. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
I LOVE THIS!!! Makes all the sense in the world. I am going to start this method with my focus on the crown chakra and also being a neutral observer of my thoughts. And although I'm familiar with being a neutral observer in my life, this has reinspired me!!! Thank you so much...new subscriber! ❤❤❤
Beloved Linda, thank you so much for your heartful comment. Yes, if you start the Samarpan Meditation, your life will change. I am so happy that my video inspired you a new. I am so happy that you are here! Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
@dhyanmikael-en I am now reading book 1 of Swamiji's autobiography. I am enthralled. I shed tears. It is very profound. I praise God I am NOW here. Bless you Mikael, and all that you do. I am so grateful for you. ❤️❤️❤️
@@LV128 Beloved Linda, oh wow, I am so happy to read this. Thank you for your comment! Yes, Swamiji's autobiography is simply amazing. Such wisdom put into such simple and innocent words. Beloved Brightlight369, thank you for your comment. That's the peace and the love I receive in abundance from my Master and my Guru... from Life. Thank you so much for this video! I remember being less than 1 yrs old, being told by my mother that she loved me. I thought, what does love mean? That night, my father was rocking me to sleep, & I could “feel “ the love. I thought to myself, ohhh this must be what love is.
Beloved April, thank you for your beautiful words! Oh yes, this is like life is, in reality. We are utterly helpless, just like a one-year-old child, and life rocks us. This is why those who know say: God is love. I am so happy that you are here. I send you warm regards and all blessings. 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael

A few years ago when I went to bed at night I did exactly the trick you talk about in the video (without putting my attention to the crown chakra) and I was left without thoughts, I was waiting for thoughts and I fell asleep immediately. I don't often remember to do the trick. Bye
Beloved Ed, how beautiful that you have first-hand experiences with this. Yes, it is amazing that we keep forgetting this freedom we discovered, and we forget again and again. By meditating, it slowly becomes a new habit to be free, and our actual ground inside of us, our soul, becomes the foundation of our life. Thank you for your comment! Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Valentin, what a true statement. Thank you for your comment. And this is the path: to become free from anxiety and pain, which is created by thought. And people who have anxiety and pain will inflict it on others, even if they do not mean to. It just is this way. With all my Love 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Superb explanation.I am doing meditation but you are the eye opener for Samaparpan Meditation.Tomorrow on wards I will start and concentrate on Crown chakra. Thanks for your guidance for thought less meditation.
Beloved Angarai, I am so happy to read your comment. Yes, this meditation is unique. I recommend you attend an introduction to Samarpan Meditation to get the full benefits. It is easy, free of cost and can be done online, or you can just watch a video from the Samarpan Meditation people. If you let me know in which country you live, I can give you the right contacts. And of course, I am also more than happy to answer further questions, however, this is not my meditation - I am just a practicioner myself since 7 years and a disciple of Swamiji who is bringing this meditation from the Himalayas to us. This is why I also recomment the official introduction. There you also find a full transcript for reading: dhyanmikael.de/en/videos/posts/life-without-thoughts-part-2 And here is a topic link which will open the video on my website and position it at the beginning of the topic. The two versions are therefore often quite different. And here is the text of my response in the video: ******************** Your true task -------------- So, let's go on. Now this comment is not a question: "Wow. Thank you so much. I have tried a lot of techniques, and this one is amazing. I can get my thoughts to stop in meditation, but in everyday life, it's been challenging, and this is the instant key for that." Yes. Thank you for your comment. It's true. This trick, so to speak, to put your attention on the crown chakra, and this trick I was talking about in the video to look at what kind of thought is it: "Ah, a thought of the past. Interesting..." And then, the next thought comes, and then you wonder: "What kind of thought is this? Ah, a thought about how well I am meditating...", and then you can easily let the thought go in an instant. These two things together liberate you from thought in such an easy, practical way. But I want to add something, although you don't have a question. I invite you to do the Samarpan Meditation every morning, and I want to tell you why I recommend this to you. You know, it's one thing to learn something to get out of your thought, but the actual task is to discover your true ground. Human beings became addicted to thought because they have forgotten where their true ground is. They have forgotten the connection to this inside, to their soul. And when you don't have this connection, then you get addicted to thought. And by meditating every morning the Samarpan Meditation where you have your attention on the crown chakra, you reestablish this connection to your true nature, and the more this connection grows, the less attractive all the temporary things become. And then, you enjoy this life, and you enjoy this body and everything you're doing, but it is not important anymore. You are not dependent on it anymore, because you discovered that which is eternal. You discovered your eternal core, your eternal being, and that happens through regularly meditating every morning. So, I would like to encourage you to not stop at this point where you are just happy that you can be without these thoughts - but go all the way. Discover your true being, and then, your life changes forever. Thank you. Thank you for being here. ******************** Thank you for your question. Thank you for the opportunity to speak on this. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Kevin, thank you for your comment. Why not do things without any thoughts? Remember that when you entertain negative thoughts, it is like you voluntarily eat poisonous food. It has a profound effect on you and it robs you of your energy. I am happy that you are here. Kind regards and all blessings, 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Many years ago i meditated Transcendental Meditation ( TM) Did it for 6 years very thorough and a lot of retreats. This is the same - or nearly the same. I even think TM is better because there is an innocent point in TM But thank You for the way with thoughts in the ordinary life =Very good point.
Beloved Kib, thank you for your comment! I know many beautiful people who grew up with TM, although I have never done it myself, and so I cannot compare myself. But to me, TM is too much work... I am a simple guy, and Samarpan Meditation is utter simplicity. May be this is why it is such a great help for me. However, I guess it is not about comparing anyway. Every human being finds his or her perfect path automatically, so this is nothing to worry about. Again, thank you for commenting. I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
There is not much work in TM unless you think twice the day is too much work. And You could be right here, because I think it was the reason I stopped.
@@Gandalfsson1 Beloved Kib, thank you for your reply. I guess it is not only about time... As I said, what I know about TM is from knowing what others who do it since many many years told me, but it just "felt" like more work or effort to me. In Samarpan Meditation, there is really nothing to do. You just meditate those 30 minutes in the morning, and, if you like, once a week in a group (also possible online), and life does the rest. You know, I guess I am like you. If it would be more work or effort, I would not do it - I know myself 😅. So, God invented this meditation just for me - that's how it feels -, so I also get a chance in thsis life 😅😅. I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael

*From an ancient Manuscript referred to as "The Gospel of Thomas", in verse 3, Quote; If you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty." End Quote.... "LIFE The Real Self" is neither the human body nor its Evil spirit, but is an Offspring and Child of The LIGHT... In 1973 the body I was experiencing was pronounced "DEAD On ARRIVAL" at a medical center... More than half an hour passed, then its heart started beating again... During that time I, "LIFE The Real Self", ( NOT The Human entity ) entered "The LIGHT", and have remained in "The LIGHT" to this day...*

The two versions are therefore often quite different. And here is the text of my response in the video: ******************** Why the crown chakra? --------------------- So, the next question. "Your video is very good and helpful. I have a question. Can we do the same thing with the breathing meditation? What is the significance of putting attention on the crown chakra?" And there is another comment with basically the same question: "Why does one have to focus on the crown chakra specifically? It seems to me that focus can be anywhere so long as it's single pointed in order to return to it after being carried away by thought. Could I just not focus on the tip of my nose, for instance?" Thank you for these two questions. Until 7 years ago, I thought it doesn't matter where I put my attention to. I thought, I just have to put my attention somewhere else other than the thought, and it worked. It really works. It helps you to get away from the thought. But then, if you practice this for a few years, you discover some freedom from the thoughts, you discover peace inside of yourself and the silence, because you are not addicted to the thoughts anymore so much. But when I learned this from my spiritual Master 24 years ago, after many years of practicing this, it was as if I came to a dead end. It was like I let go of the thoughts, but I didn't have anything else to live in, so to speak. You see, it is as if you need to replace the illusionary thoughts, which are not real, which are just electric waves in your brain which cease to exist when the body dies... You have to replace this with something real; with something eternal; with something you can stand on, so to speak. And this you discover when you put your attention on the crown chakra. You can put your attention on the tip of your nose. You can put your attention on your breathing, and it will bring you away from the thoughts, but you will still have your attention in the body, in something temporary. This body will disappear sooner or later. That's why some mystics say, "the body is not real", simply because it is not eternal. And when you put your attention on the crown chakra... it's just this spot of your body here, just the end of your body, the upper end. It's nothing esoteric. It's the spot you can touch with your hand. But there is something interesting about the crown chakra. When you put your attention on this spot, it is as if you have your attention on a part of your body, a body part which you can feel... You can feel this after your hand was up here, and you can feel it tingling when the energy up there rises. But at the same time, it is as if you put your attention to something else - to something which is not part of the body; to something you don't know anything about; something you cannot see, you cannot feel. But after a while, after you meditate the Samarpan Meditation for a while, you begin to notice: "Interesting... There is something." And this is what is your true ground. Swamiji calls this your soul. It is as if, by putting your attention into this direction, in the direction of the crown chakra here, you give your attention to your soul, and that grows then. It is like your attention is the energy which makes something grow. And when you put your attention on something temporary, something which is part of your body, even if it is something so beautiful like your breath, then this temporary thing, this body, grows in your awareness. This identification with the body, which is temporary, is growing. But when you put your attention to the crown chakra, then, without you knowing, you give your attention to something eternal. And then this is growing in your awareness. And when you practice this a long time, when you do the Samarpan Meditation for a long time, this will grow in your awareness. More and more you will feel this what cannot be seen, what cannot be named. But you experience it - more and more. It carries you. It feeds you. It gives you security. It is as if you suddenly notice that you are connected to something which is way bigger than you. You are connected to consciousness itself, to life itself. Some people call it God. That's why Jesus said: "The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." He said: it's so close, you can touch it with your hand. It's not further away than the length of your arm. That's where the Kingdom of God starts - this space of consciousness. And that's the significance of this seemingly simple spot of your body. That's why the pictures of saints in the Christian world have the halo around their head, this golden shine. This is the energy coming from the crown chakra. This is the aura developing when you begin to practice giving your attention to this spot and not to your body. In the East, when you see old sculptures from Buddhas or saints who are meditating, their head is decorated... it looks like shingles all over the head, and this signifies the crown chakra and what's waiting beyond that point. There were always wise men, holy men, who knew about this secret, this portal into our true nature, this connection to your soul. And now, you can discover this for yourself. And, you know, you have to have your attention somewhere, so it doesn't cost you anything. Instead of putting your attention to the tip of your nose, just put it on your crown chakra, and this will change your life. I said in the beginning of my answer to this question that I had learned from my spiritual Master to put my attention away from the thoughts, elsewhere, but he didn't know about the crown chakra back then. And after a while, as I said earlier, I began to feel as if I was in a dead-end street. I was happy. My thoughts did not bother me anymore. But it was as if I was living in a lifeless emptiness. I was happy. I didn't have a problem. I didn't search for anything else. My life was beautiful. But there was this subtle feeling that I didn't discover the true Heaven. It's hard to put this into words. I just try to describe a very, very subtle feeling I had back then. That was about 7 years ago, after I had been with my spiritual Master for 17, 18 years. And then, Swamiji came into my life, and with Swamiji came the Samarpan Meditation, and then I learned that which I tell you about now: I learned to put my attention on the crown chakra, and this changed everything in a very short time. Since then, I'm connected to Heaven. I can't describe it in any other way, although I know it sounds a little weird when I say this. But it's just words to describe the uniqueness of this way of living. And you can try for yourself - this is the beauty about it. You don't have to believe me or anybody else. You just try it out. Swamiji says: "Start the Samarpan Meditation and do it for 45 days, and then you will know what I'm talking about." Thank you for these beautiful questions. Thank you. ******************** Thank you for your question. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to talk to you in this way. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Bertonedes, yes, you are correct. In the video, I mistakenly attributed the book to Dostojevski, wehen it fact it was written by Milan Kundera. I have corrected the mistake in the subtitles and mentioned it in the description of the video. My apologies. Warm regards, 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
our only task is to discover the truth about our own being, only then will it be clear to us what the mind is, and whether it matters at all whether we think or not, because only thinking and not thinking does not violate the truth about our own being, but the truth about our own being seriously threatens every thought
Beloved Loida, thank you for your kind comment! I am talking about living without having the feeling of being the doer, a life without "I" sense. Swamiji, my Guru, calls it the Karma-free state. And as far as I understand it, this is Samadhi. But I am careful with these ancient words, because they have so many different meanings for different people. I am happy that you are here. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beoved Pam, thank you for the correction. Yes, I also noticed by mistake after the video and corrected it in the subtitles and the video description😀. I send you warm greetings and all blessings. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Katherine, thank you for your note. Yes, of course you are right. I added a correction in the video description and in the subtitles after I discovered my error. 🙂 Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Jukau, thank you for your comment! Yes, for most people, there is always thinking - and certainly, for myself. But everybody can learn to not pay attention to the thinking, and if one learns this, then life changes, and even the thinking itself changes. I talked about your comment in my next video this morning, because it really is an interestring topic, and I know that many more people feel just as you do. The two versions are therefore often quite different. And here is the text of my English response in the video: ******************** There is always thinking ------------------------ So, let's dive straight in, and I read the first two comments. The first two comments were not really questions. They were like comments. The first one, he says: "There's always thinking." And another comment says: "This is nonsense. You don't live life without thoughts. You don't control whether or not you think. This is ridiculous. It's pretty obvious you are thinking the entire time you're doing this video." Yes, thank you for these comments. I am very happy, because this whole matter about the spiritual path is full of misunderstanding. It's so easy to hear something else than that which has been said. It happens to me also all the time. For instance, when I read the words of my Guru, Swamiji, for instance, his autobiography: I read it once, and then, maybe a year later, I read the same book again. And then I see the same words, but I understand them in a new, in a different way, because I changed. My eyes opened up more. I'm capable of seeing more. And that's why I'm so happy about these kinds of comments, so I can comment back. You say: "there is always thinking", and you are right. This apparatus we have up here between our ears produces thoughts all the time, at least for us normal people. The question is whether we give attention to the thoughts or not. I never said that you can reach a state where there will be no thought in your head. I didn't say that. But it is possible to live without taking any of these thoughts, any of this chatter in your head, serious. It is possible to train your attention to not be on the thought. A normal person is thinking all the time, and this means: the thoughts are in his awareness. His attention is on the thoughts all the time. And a normal person has the feeling: "These are my thoughts. This is my thinking. What I hear there, this is my wishes, my objections, my dreams, my worries." And I say: you can live without taking any of this serious, without taking any of this personal. And then, of course, sometimes you notice: "Oh, there are these thoughts. I know them. Always the same thoughts...". But then it is for you as if they have nothing to do with you. It's just noise. And you can learn more and more to live with your attention elsewhere, and then it is really as if there are no thoughts for you. Yes, of course they pop up all the time, but immediately, you go back with your attention somewhere else, and then it is as if the thought never existed. And it is possible to live without having thought at all. This is possible, but I have not experienced this. Swamiji, my Guru, he talks about these sages way up somewhere in the Himalayas. He visited them. And these rare human beings, they don't think at all, and they live in an atmosphere where there are no other human beings. Nobody thinks there, and there are no thoughts. But here, where we live, as normal people, there are thoughts everywhere, and they are contagious. So, even if you don't think, you pick up the thoughts of your environment, your family, your partner, your colleagues, your friends, your neighbors. And that's why it's so relaxing and so rejuvenating when you spend time in nature, because there is an environment with no thought. The trees don't think. The animals don't think. And then your own thoughts slowly, slowly get less and more quiet. ******************** Thank you for your question. It is a joy and inspiration for me to hear from you. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael

The answer is at the 25:30 mark and is something most of us have contemplated already but maybe haven’t yet tried or gotten the hang of yet Peace and Love 🙏✌️
Beloved Jennifer, thank you for your comment! Yes, actually, it is all neither complicated nor new, and yet... we usually live in just the opposite way. It is so amazing. That's why I make videos - not because what I share is such a great secret (it is not, actually), but because we humans need constant reminders. We just need to be patient with ourselves and keep on our path. I send you warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
I love this video, I do have a genuine question. Isn’t part of doing this practice to get rid of the ego? If so, what is the point of doing these videos? Is it possible to share information without boosting the ego? What is the motive behind trying to get others to become like ourselves? If we could truly get rid of all thoughts, as well as the control of the ego, it would appear to me that we would have no need to share this. Am I wrong?
Beloved Bruce, thank you for your comment. In a way, you are right. There are many Gurus and sages who are just immersed in their egoless state, without any desire to speak and without any desire to have any contact with other human beings, and this is why humanity does not know about these sages and their gifts. However, this is a bit impractical for those people who are still on their way 😅. Swamiji, the Indian Guru who is bringing the Samarpan Medditation from the Himalays, is a rare exception. In his autobiography, he describes exactly this dilemma: when he was in the Himalayas with his Guru, he became totally happy and content, and he did not have any desire left to return to society at all. But his Guru told him that exactly this is the task of his life: to return to society and to share about this path to happiness. It is a rare gift for us who live in society that the knowledge of this meditation reaches us. And his Guru also told him this: you just share - who will pick up this gift, this is not your concern. For me, it is like this that I also have lost any goal in this life, because I have become content and happy. What I share, I simply share out of joy. This sharing just is what is the most fun for me to do with my time and energy. I do it without any expection or goal that someone else will do what I am doingThis is not by concern. I just love sharing. With warm regards and every blessing 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
@@dhyanmikael-enYet you also ask for support if it brings 'us' joy to do so? You also said "Ramesh BalKEsar". It seems dishonest to ask for support as if you're not doing it out of joy. When doing something out of joy means to give without wanting anything back! That is the whole point that giving 'this' to others brings you joy and there is no need at all to receive anything from it, isn't it? Because you love it. On your reply you also tell us it's something rare that this knowledge is being shared? When the whole point of this is to point to the fact that everything that happens comes from the same source which means everything is always perfect and nothing in particular is 'rare' or 'special'?
@@Autumnleafinthewind Beloved Autumn Leaf, you are right, I mispronouced Ramesh Balsekar's name. I am pretty good at remembering the core meaning of something that thouched me deeply, but I am really bad at remembering names, let alone spellings. In the same video, I attributed the book "The unbearable Lightness of Being" to Dostojewski, where in fact it is from Milan Kundera. I do many things wrong. If you don't like to support me , that's no problem at all. All my content is free. Just enjoy. You are right, everything comes from the same source, everything is always perfect, and this knowledge is always accessible to everyone. And it gets even better: if some people forget these facts (like it was in my life), then there is always someone around to remind them. What an amazing life. how do i stop thinking about past traumatic events. they are literally there 24/7, even in the middle of the night when i wake up to go to the toilet. it is making me suicidal. and no, i dont have money for EMDR therapy, which is literally all that people have ever suggested for me
Beloved Supersaiyon, I have a suggestion for you. I experienced and healed my own trauma, however, I am not a trauma therapist. You can do two things together: 1. Accept the trauma. Stop trying to change yourself. Accept yourself and the trauma, as if it is welcome for the rest of your life. 2. Just start with the Samarpan Meditation, but do it without any goal or hope that it will change anything for you. Just to it because it feels good. You will see that after a while, exactly the right things will come into your life that will sole your problems. You don't have to do it (and you can't, right?). The two versions are therefore often quite different. And here is the text of my response in the video: ******************** Can we recreate our physical reality? ------------------------------------- So, here's the next question. "After rediscovering our true nature, can we then recreate our physical reality?" Wow. What a fantastic question. Thank you. This is a question so many people are interested in. I once made a video about manifestation: how you really manifest. And this video I did about a year ago was the most popular video I've ever made up to that point, because this, everybody wants to know: "How do I shape my physical reality? How can I control life? How can I make sure that my life is good?" Some people want to have a rich life with a lot of money. Other people want to be safe or loved, or everything together. But rediscovering your true nature means: you discover that what you truly are; that what truly matters; that what you find inside - not the 'inside' in your body where there are thoughts and feelings and wishes and dreams, but that 'inside' which has nothing to do with the body; that 'inside' you discover when you meditate for a while: your soul. And when you discover this, then what you call physical reality - the world - becomes insignificant. You are not interested in shaping your physical reality, because you found the real thing, and then you just rest in that. That is already complete. You discover your soul which is complete, finished, done. There's no need to worry about anything else. And when you reach to that point, you forget the wishes you have right now. Before you discover that, you have all these wishes: "Oh, I need to take care of my life. I need to be secure. I want to have peace in my life. I want to have money in my life so that I don't have to worry anymore. I want this and that so I can finally relax." But once you realize your true nature, you are peace itself. You are completely relaxed. So, all these thoughts and questions you have right now, they are gone. Life changes. My personal experience is that when you discover your true nature and when you foster this and when you let this grow by meditating, your physical reality, your outward life, changes in the most amazing way you can imagine - but it does so by itself. Long ago, I stopped worrying about my life. I don't have any plans for my life. I don't have any plans for my videos or what I will say or how my life should develop or what I want in this life. I don't have any of this. It all happens by itself, because I have my attention somewhere which is much more interesting, much more beautiful. It is like this. If there is 'somebody' who wants to shape his or her physical reality, then you are not in your true nature. You are living in the ego, in the 'I', in the thoughts. And as soon as you live in your true nature, you don't have any thoughts; you don't have any wishes; you don't worry at all about how your physical reality is. You just say 'yes' to everything. So, these two never come together. That's the answer to your question. And, usually, it is like this, that people try to shape their life to finally become happy; to finally come to a point where they don't have to worry anymore; where they can relax. But they discover that it is not possible. No matter what you do, it's like sand, sand running through your fingers. You can't hold it. No matter how much money you have, you worry more and more that you will lose it again. And no matter how much money you have, you're still not safe. The more money you have, the more unsafe you are. And once the body dies, it's all gone anyway. So, no matter what you try in your physical life, it doesn't work, no matter how good it sounds. And at some point in your life, it dawns on you that no matter what you will try, it will not work. And that's when you become interested in reality. That's when you listen to funny people like me. I'm happy that you are here. ******************** Thank you for your question. I am happy that I could talk about this. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael

The two versions are therefore often quite different. And here is the text of my response in the video: ******************** It's the combination of the two ------------------------------- And then here's a lovely commenter who reminds us about Eckhart Tolle, how he does it: "If you struggle getting your mind to stop racing, use Eckhart's valuable trick. Just ask yourself: I wonder what my next thought will be. And then you will feel the train of thoughts cease immediately. And if one pops up again, just repeat the question." Yes. Thank you for reminding us about this lovely trick. I really like Eckhart Tolle. With him, my spiritual path began, about 27 years ago. I had a normal life. I didn't know anything about my soul. I didn't know anything about the moment. I was just living like everybody else. And at that time, 27 years ago, I read Eckhart Tolle's book "The Power of Now", and it changed my life. And I met him then... A year later, I met him personally. And I love him. But as I've just said earlier in response to the last two questions: only after I discovered the crown chakra and the eternal reality which is waiting behind that spot, only then I discovered true contentment. Only then I discovered this feeling of "Ah, that's it! That's why I am here." It's one thing to free yourself from the suffering, but it's something else to discover that what you have been looking for all this life and all the lives before that, without knowing that you were on a search; without knowing that you were looking for something. And then, when you discover that, then you become quiet - forever. My Guru, Swamiji, said... For him, it was like that's when he discovered God. He met his first Guru, and for him, it was as if God had come into his life, and through this, he discovered that what he now brings to us, normal people in society, the Samarpan Meditation, and the knowledge about this special spot. And this is how it is for me. It is as if I discover God, Heaven, directly. And once you discover that, then the search ends, then it's like: "Ah... yes." That's why I said in my last video: if you have both of these things... you have this beautiful trick of disconnecting from the thoughts, this trick of Eckhard Tolle for instance where you wonder, what will the next thought be. But I don't like to wait for the thoughts. I like the other trick better, like: if a thought comes, to look: "Oh, what kind of thought is it? Ah, about the past. Ah, about the future. Ah, about my partner, about my boss. Ah, a thought about money and my worries." And then I can disconnect from the thought. I can let it go immediately. And then, I am without thought. And I don't wait for thoughts, and I don't think about thoughts. I like this better. But this is only so valuable for me because, at the same time, I meditate. And these two things together, this help of disconnecting from the thoughts, and then, meditate every morning. And then, slowly, your whole life becomes meditation. And as soon as a thought disturbs your meditation which you do in the morning, or as soon as a thought disturbs your meditative life, then you can use this trick to let go of the thought just immediately, and then you are back into meditation. But it's the combination of the two which completes the whole thing. At least this is how it is for me, and this is what I want to pass on to you. Thank you for all these questions and comments. I enjoy so much to say something about it. ******************** Thank you for your question. Thank you for the opportunity to speak on this. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Why does one have to focus on the crown chakra specifically? It seems to me that focus can be anywhere, so long as it’s single pointed, in order to return to if carried away by thought. Could I not just focus on the tip of my nose for instance?

We have been given mind for a purpose. Animals don’t think and live instinctually driven by survival. Here you’re proposing an extreme approach where you’re deliberately shutting down something that is naturally given to us. You’re saying “not thinking” is possible. You would cease to exist if this were true. Learning how to and when think and not think and use both in moderation and balance is the key. I think you’ve developed a perspective that works for you and that’s fine. I think it will help you to reflect why are you afraid of thinking based on prior experiences and once you redefine this fear life will transform. A thought brought you to make this video and share with masses so you are and will always be thinking - otherwise you wouldn’t be here. When mind shuts down your creation in this world shuts down and you’re pretty done.
Beloved Bluemorpho, no, I am not proposing anything like what you are describing in your comment. Our human nature is simply amazing, and distinctly different from other animals. In the video, I share how Ramesh Balsekar talks about this. Let me quote from the video, it is right from the beginning: --quote start I believe it was Ramesh Balsekar who said that there are two different kinds of mind: there is the working mind, and there is the thinking mind. And you know this: when you are immersed in some activity, some job... Maybe you are a carpenter and you are working on a piece of wood, or you are a computer programmer and you sit in front of the computer and you are deep into some mental activity, there is no thinking. You are busy. Everything in you works. Your whole system is immersed in this activity. It is like you are not there. When you are the carpenter working on the wood, you feel the wood, you see the wood, you hear the noises of the tools, and you have a feeling for what it means and what needs to be done. When you are programming, it's the same, just that all these things are mental. But there is not really thinking. And then you work for half an hour or an hour or two, and you get exhausted. It's time for a break. You sit back; maybe you get yourself a cup of coffee. You close your eyes, and what starts then is the thinking mind. As soon as there is no activity, we could just rest. We could just be empty and recuperate, but we don't. As soon as activity stops, thinking starts. Then you think about what you just did. You think about what you will do a moment later. You will think about yesterday or tomorrow. Maybe you think about a mistake you did or you think about how great you did something, but you don't rest. And this is the thinking mind. Now, when I say "living without thoughts", I'm talking about this thinking mind. And I tell you: you can live without this. --quote end Thought is small. Thought is uncreative and exhausting. May be you remember stories from famous scientists, trying to solve a problem. There is the story of Archimedes, for instance. They pondered and thought and could not solve the puzzle, but when they gave up this kind of thinking and relaxed, the real intelligence takes over, and seemingly out of nowhere, the solution emerges. We are much bigger than thought. This what I am sharing in the video is my personal experience. I am not trying to make theoretical statements, nor am I interested in having an argument about words and ways to express things. I am just sharing my experience, for those how find it helpful. Kind regards 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻, Dhyan Mikael
@@dhyanmikael-en Thank you for your kind reply and clarification. Building on your proposition that there are two types of mind: the thinking mind and the working mind. I recently came across a different categorization: the thinking brain and the emotional brain. Learning to respond to the emotional brain first, before the thinking brain, helps in managing the inevitable emotions tied to each thought. The emotional brain, often centered around the heart, acts as the body’s feeling center, communicating to us through emotions. By prioritizing responses to these feelings over the mental projections of the thinking brain, we can achieve the balanced state you described. Most people follow their thinking brain first, triggering emotions with each thought, which leads to imbalance. By honoring the core emotions of the emotional brain first, we can train ourselves to remain present in the now, as you describe.
This video is far more important and profound than the things mentioned when you come out of personal mind the universal mind takes over, this is the core massage of Jesus in the most simple language.❤

Beloved Bluemorpho, thank you very much for your response. Yes, I agree one hundred percent, out of my own experience over many years. My spiritual Master Soham teaches people to first make peace with their feelings, and this takes away the power of the thoughts. I am just using different vocabulary than you, but its the same in essence. When you are willing to love all the emotions (like in Rumi's poem "The Guesthouse"), then it is much easier to turn away from the thinking mind. I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
I only just noticed his throat and suddenly your comment was the one I was reading. I noticed his neck because I had a hyperactive thyroid many years back in my youth. I agree that he should have it looked at.🙏🏾

Beloved Chuck, thank you for your comment. I am not talking about "switching off the brain". While we are enganged in some activity, the "working mind", as Ramesh Balsekar once put it, does marvelous work, and during this period, you are not thinking, although your mind is active and at its best. However, as soon as we stop being active, the "thinking mind" starts talking in your head. And it is possible to live without this, and when you do, your life becomes very different. This is what Jesus called "The Kingdom of God", or "Heaven". I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael

Beloved Luna, I totally agree. The only thing worthwhile is own experience, which comes through own investigation, which, for me, is meditation. I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Ron, I never heard of Roy Master (I am German), but I take it as a compliment 🙂. But just a bit of advice... What I am taking about in my videos is not merely a mental trick. If you don't practice Samarpan Meditation, simply observing the thoughts won't do you much good in the long run, because you won't develop that which is bigger than thought - your true fundament, your soul. This is what brings freedom in the long run. Observing thought the way I talk about in this video helps in meditation, and meditation, in turn, helps with everything else. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael

Beloved Sahar, don't try to end your simulation. Don't fight against the thoughts. This does not work. It only strengthens that which you want to get rid of. Instead, the trick is to strengthen that in you which is real and eternal - your soul. You cannot do this directly, since you don't know at all what that is. But you can do this indirectly my meditating the simple Samarpan Meditation. Just like a farmer cannot force any plant to grow, but he works the soil, and then, the plants grow by themselves. In the same way, when you meditate the Samarpan Meditation, you don't reall yknow what you are doing there, but magically, your entire life begings to change, and the thoughts loose their power over you. I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael
Beloved Divya, yes, being a vegetarian is very helpful in my experience. However, I don't think it works this way around. I am happy that you are here. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
I really disagree with this person's philosophy. It seems to me that we humans are built to think and use our brains to solve problems and yes worry and fear as we have done so for thousands of years in evolutioin. We are not some inward being by nature, but we are an aggreesive outward looking species that has evolved only because our minds are brilliant problem solvers, our hands are great survival tools etc. So turning inward and closing off your mind seems to be a big waste of time. Attack your problems with aggrressive thinking and your problem solving mind, don't go inward and seek some sort of artificial "happiness" that doesn't really exist. Challenge life with outward thought and movement. That is how we are made to be and that is how humanity evolves, not from sitting on a pillow all day. See?
Beloved Don Quixote, thank you for your comment, I appreciate it. I am not sharing a philosophy, I am just sharing my own direct experience. And my experience is not that I am sitting on a pillow all day, closing off my mind. YOu see, this is the danger of philosophy: we think we know what the other one is talking about, but in reality, we just don't know. I know where you are coming from, and there is plenty of bad advice out there, so a critical attitude is needed. I just encourage everynbody to find out for themselves. And my experience is that by stop fighting and by stop giving importance to thought, life starts on an entirely new level, inwardly and outwardly. You are right: we, as humans, have been fighting all along, and we believe in fighting. But there is an entirely different power which is beyond fighting, and there is an entirely different way of being. However, everyone has to find out for themselves. Philosophies and discussions are useless. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
@@dhyanmikael-en You say stop giving importance to thought, but tell that to Einstein, Edison, all the great inventors who struggled to evolve technology and make what we have today, this internet for example. We need thought desperately. That is our human nature. Thought has evolved with us for hundreds of thousands of years.
@@donquixote453yes they gave thought to the subject but their insight came when they dropped all thought. Another example is Henry Rawlinson who was instrumental in deciphering the Sumerian cuneiform. He gave much attention to the subject but the answer came when after exhausting every avenue he succumbed to deep sleep. On awakening he had the answer that “ the king of kings” would occur in the descriptions and from that was able to decipher the language. There is more to this, I am going on memory when I first came across this fifty years ago. The point is, when they let go of thought the answer came.
@@donquixote453 Beloved Don Quixote, what we need is brain, intelligence, experience, wisdom. Inventions and solutions come not by thinking, and those geniuses you mention knew this, and they even reported about it - how inspiration hit them when they finally gave up on thinking. But, actually, I am not really so much interested in discussion. I am an engineer, I worked all my life with all of my brain and with my feet on the ground, I am only interested in what I can experience myself. This is nonsense. You don't live life without thoughts. You don't control whether or not you think. Ridiculous. It's pretty obvious you're thinking the entire time you're doing this video.
Beloved Thomas, thank you for your comment! Yes, I agree with you. Nobody can control whether one thinks or not. But everybody can learn to not pay attention to the thinking, and if one learns this, then life changes, and even the thinking itself. I perfectly understand that it seems ridiculous when you have not experienced it yourself. I talked about your comment in my next video this morning, because it really is an interestring topic, and I know that many more people feel just as you do. @@dhyanmikael-en Noticing that you happen to be thinking always occurs after the fact. In other words, you're already thinking. The vast majority of the thought processing we do goes unnoticed. As a matter of fact, we generally notice our thinking when we are suffering as a result of it. In other words, the body/mind brings our attention to the process. Again, we're not in control of that either. It just happens to us.
@@wthomas5697 Beloved Thomas, yes, there is fascinating research on this, that the thought impulse in the brain comes after the muscle nerve impulse. Thank you.

What a beautiful memory. ❤️

New born child is in bliss..has no thinking ...till he joins his body ❤❤❤❤❤
Beloved Nariender, yes, and then, the child learns his or her name - that's the start of the ego and the deepest part of it. And then the cild learns "do this" and "don't do that", and it learns that he or she has a gender and a nationality and all sorts of other properties, as if the child is the body.

The true nature of a _human_ meditative being is to sit down quietly. Be free from anxiety and pain. And by all means not inflict them on others.
Beloved Valentin, what a true statement. Thank you for your comment. And this is the path: to become free from anxiety and pain, which is created by thought. And people who have anxiety and pain will inflict it on others, even if they do not mean to. It just is this way.

Your true task
--------------
So, let's go on.
Now this comment is not a question: "Wow. Thank you so much. I have tried a lot of techniques, and this one is amazing. I can get my thoughts to stop in meditation, but in everyday life, it's been challenging, and this is the instant key for that."
Yes.

Thank you for your question. Thank you for the opportunity to speak on this.
Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael

Many years ago i meditated Transcendental Meditation ( TM)
Did it for 6 years very thorough and a lot of retreats.
This is the same - or nearly the same.
I even think TM is better because there is an innocent point in TM
But thank You for the way with thoughts in the ordinary life =Very good point.

When thoughts wanish desire also vanish. Life became quieter, but not `enjoyable °

Why the crown chakra?
---------------------
So, the next question. Could I just not focus on the tip of my nose, for instance?"
Thank you for these two questions.
Thank you.

Milan Kundera is the author of book “Unbearable Lightnes of Being”, and not Dostojevski. He is a Czech writer.
Yes, this is our task: to discover the truth about our own being. Warm regards and all the blessings 🙏❤🙏, Dhyan Mikael
Thank you so much for this beautiful video!🙏
Are you talking about Samadhi?🕉️
Beloved Loida, thank you for your kind comment!
I am talking about living without having the feeling of being the doer, a life without "I" sense. Swamiji, my Guru, calls it the Karma-free state. And as far as I understand it, this is Samadhi. But I am careful with these ancient words, because they have so many different meanings for different people.

There is always thinking
------------------------
So, let's dive straight in, and I read the first two comments. The first two comments were not really questions. They were like comments. The first one, he says: "There's always thinking." And another comment says: "This is nonsense. You don't live life without thoughts. You don't control whether or not you think. This is ridiculous. It's pretty obvious you are thinking the entire time you're doing this video."
Yes, thank you for these comments.

Thank you for your question. It is a joy and inspiration for me to hear from you.

@@dhyanmikael-en awwww thank you so much! Your word *are* a very nice reminder 🙌

@@Autumnleafinthewind Beloved Autumn Leaf,
you are right, I mispronouced Ramesh Balsekar's name.

You can do two things together:

Can we recreate our physical reality?
-------------------------------------
So, here's the next question. "After rediscovering our true nature, can we then recreate our physical reality?"
Wow.
I want this and that so I can finally relax."
But once you realize your true nature, you are peace itself.

Thank you for your question. I am happy that I could talk about this.

It's the combination of the two
-------------------------------
And then here's a lovely commenter who reminds us about Eckhart Tolle, how he does it: "If you struggle getting your mind to stop racing, use Eckhart's valuable trick. Just ask yourself: I wonder what my next thought will be. And then you will feel the train of thoughts cease immediately. And if one pops up again, just repeat the question."
Yes.
And once you discover that, then the search ends, then it's like: "Ah... yes."
That's why I said in my last video: if you have both of these things... you have this beautiful trick of disconnecting from the thoughts, this trick of Eckhard Tolle for instance where you wonder, what will the next thought be.

Thank you for your question. Thank you for the opportunity to speak on this.

Why the crown chakra?
---------------------
So, the next question. Could I just not focus on the tip of my nose, for instance?"
Thank you for these two questions.
Thank you.

@@dhyanmikael-enThank you for such a great explanation! I will put my attention there from here on out.
Let me quote from the video, it is right from the beginning:
--quote start
I believe it was Ramesh Balsekar who said that there are two different kinds of mind: there is the working mind, and there is the thinking mind.
--quote end
Thought is small.
Beloved Ebrahim, thank you for your most kind comment. I am so happy that you are here. Yes, I am a simple guy, and Jesus was, too. He was telling us simple people the simple truth we never could hear....

I send you warm greetings and every blessing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Dhyan Mikael

unless thoughts is distinct from thinking I don’t think this is possible to attain nor is it livable

Similar to Roy Master

What if you want to end you simulation
You become vegetarian.it will help you
Beloved Divya, yes, being a vegetarian is very helpful in my experience. However, I don't think it works this way around. The easy way is to become more conscious, more aware, and one becomes more aware, then, the way one eats and drinks and lives changes by itself. It is really that simple.

@@tonyyoung4786 I sure hope my next airplane pilot doesn't let go of thought when he's landing the plane.
@@donquixote453 Beloved Don Quixote, what we need is brain, intelligence, experience, wisdom. Inventions and solutions come not by thinking, and those geniuses you mention knew this, and they even reported about it - how inspiration hit them when they finally gave up on thinking.

I am an engineer, I worked all my life with all of my brain and with my feet on the ground, I am only interested in what I can experience myself. @@dhyanmikael-en Noticing that you happen to be thinking always occurs after the fact. In other words, you're already thinking. The vast majority of the thought processing we do goes unnoticed.
