Really appreciate this one. Saw Elvis do this is Vegas in 1974. Love your attention to detail and easy explanations. Seventy year old woman here still rockin'.
Anything on acoustic and I’m in, love your lessons, overall fantastic teacher...I enjoy your videos..thanks for all you put into it for all of us out here wanting to learn. I love my guitars and your help is just what we need...thank you Sandi
Rob great channel the only one that teaches songs for us beginners, that makes perfect sense. I am learning much better and making more progress with you. I enjoy my little successes and learning songs at the same time. CHEERS TO YOU AND YOUR CHANNEL!!!
Great tutorial! Just a side note, during the solo, Scotty Moore played the 12th fret of the E string and 16th fret of the B string with a slight bend. That's where the original twang sound comes in. The way you did it was much easier! Thanks! :)
Well over the past two years of my guitar journey I've learnt a few songs including Misty, (still working on it), Autumn Leaves, Summertime etcetera, lots of old rock songs, but this is probably the most satisfying, fun song for me to play. Just to be able to play something with Elvis.
You're getting some great sound out of that Epiphone. Amazing lesson! The beginner right here couldnt be more pleased by his first lesson ever in Elvis Country. Bravo! Et merci. ;)
GREAT LESSON, I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING YOUR ACOUSTIC BLUES GUITAR LESSONS, WHEN EVER POSSIBLE, (IN THE FUTURE) COULD YOU TAB THE MELODIES TO ETTA JAMES I'D RATHER GO BLIND AND SOLOMON BURKES' CRY TO ME? THANKS AGAIN
Can you do a lesson on sawing on the strings by Alison Krauss guitar solo please it would really help me and my friends for we wasn’t to play this song. Also amazing lesson I love this song one of my favorite of Elvis Presley.
On the original record Elvis guitar wasn´t good to hear . He can`t stand still when he performed this song, even in the Studio. So it was for the Producer Steve Sholes nearly impossible to catch the rhytm guitar Elvis played. Anyway a great blues and an excellent lesson.
