Use as much or as little of your body. It's all about adapting and making dance feel good to you. Keep your arms higher for an elevated heart rate and some cardio fitness. Remember to engage your core for some extra tummy toning.

I use to teach dance aerobics years ago. I still stay active. Love your videos. But, I need this right now. I broke both my ankles, so this and chair yoga will be my friend for a while!❤
