I feel like they need to increase charges of hover or increase duration of it dramatically. It’s just not fair into ranged classes they get the 15 yard buffer.

I think they should rework Scintillation. Instead of launching it automatically you should get a stackable buff that let's you cast an instant free lvl 1 Eternity Surge at 30% dmg. You may cast it while channeling Disintegrate without interrupting the channel. That way we can gain more control of our burst in PvP.

I was also thinking it would be good to have a PvP talent which causes Essence Burst casted disintegrates to be uninterruptable. This means if you get an ES off, you can same global into a SS (with 10.1 EB talent) for more reliable bursts and protection when you want it. Not to mention Dragon Rage will be more dangerous.
