I kicked off my WALES tour with an UNDEFEATED challenge that even Don Corleone would be intimidated by...

THREE of their signature pasta bowls:
- "The HULK Smash" pesto pasta
- "Return of the Mac"
- "The Classic Bolo"
EIGHT Mac & Cheese bites with chilli jam
TWO cheesy ciabatta garlic breads
MONSTER (and I mean monster!) portion of "the Italian job" loaded fries topped with Bolognese Ragu, crispy onions, chillis and parmesan
At over 3.75kg - of deliciousness this was going to be some challenge to get through in 25 MINUTES!
But I will say, it was INSANELY DELICIOUS - absolutely top notch food
Bets on whether I could take it down in the time!? (I'm gonna say now...it came down to the wire!)

Cheesy Garlic Bread my favorite, Great win Max defeated Italy challenge
Even though it was more carbs I absolutely loved the garlic bread, it was cheesy and so soft as well!

Looking back I think you're right I did swist it backwards 🤣 that's how I like to eat clean and speedy, I think it works well. Although I should have been quicker on this one! 😅 So glad you like the videos and commentary too!

What a nail biter! Everything looked delicious, besides pesto lol not my taste. I thought they were mozzarella sticks but Mac and cheese sticks is interesting. Good job 👍

Ooh, well done! That all looked delicious but I thought the mostoccioli in white sauce looked really good. I'm not sure I've ever seen french fries served w/ pasta but okay. It was fun to see you eat all of those carbs because I'm on low carb diet.
