I've seen media report that the co-captain moved the pontoon boat, I've seen the police chief say they were working with the city to get more signs at the dock that say River Boat Docking only in the area where the pontoon boat was. If that's the case, and there weren't signs posted, this entire incident blows up in their face. And the city will face a hefty law suit, and suits for defamation of character, etc.. If those are the facts, the pontoon boat people are going to be filthy rich after they pay a fine for battery, cause what they say was someone messin' with their property.
Man It's possible but I see that being unlikely and in a report from Montgomery new said that they page the owners of that boat. I feel like there was a lot of mistakes all around.
