@@javongreen734 exactly Oklahoma defense was always playing out of position and the discipline of the whole team was bad penalties all the time. Defense seemed like they spent more time trying to strip balls than tackling. I have nothing against usc it’s LR that was ruining OU and then I wanted him gone but the way he did it was crappy

We lost 2 games so far and may lose to Texas and Kansas and I’m still really Happy TBOW is gone. Bv will build a winning team they were getting weak under TBOW and you still see the problems he left on defense at Oklahoma. Just wait you’ll see what I’m talking about he can’t get over the hump

@@pmj1327 it's not rent free when you're doing 3 times better than Riley at a school he just gutted half the staff and players. USC had months to prepare for an incoming new head coach. Oklahoma had no notice what so ever and they are out doing everything USC is doing with a far superior staff. With USCs prep time and status they should be killing Oklahoma and Venables but here Lincoln is with his typical top 15 class this time of year. While Oklahoma has a top 5 class, and projected to have a top 3. Lincoln Riley not only never had a top 5 class, he said it was impossible at Oklahoma. You guys got yourself a coach that's runs off and makes excuses for a career.
@@ejay30 do you know how many USC videos get suggested to me as a massive OU fan? This video was at the top of my news feed and I don't even follow them. Tell your coach to stop using Oklahoma as an excuse and a crutch and USC videos won't have that Oklahoma connection. He's the one that keeps doing the interviews and bringing them up.
I’m an OU fan. I’m super excited for USC, sincerely. I also know that we (University of Oklahoma) got exponentially better at every level hiring Brent Venables.
What’s laughable about this video is the fact that:
1: they say Los Angeles is a *premier city*
2: they have former Oklahoma Heisman winners accepting their Heisman trophies
3. Then simultaneously show Championship quarterbacks from the Pete Carroll era.
This video has no direction and no synergy. It’s just a look at me…I think USC will be good in the PAC12, marginal in the Big10 and subsequently not very relevant on the national stage.
Oklahoma on the other hand, we haven’t looked back since 1999, and this is the best place that the program has been in 50 years.

Baker and Kyler is not USC’s story. They were not Lincoln Riley’s accomplishments. They transferred in before Riley. Look at how Tanner Mordecai, Spencer Rattler ended up.
USC fans don’t want to see that.
Im a usc fan and I know usc has to prove themselves. Lincoln Riley is a great coach and I have high expectations.
They won their Heismans with Riley and became #1 picks when he was their coach. That's the point.

Na, they got korey foreman returning on d line. He was the number one recruit in 2021. We got asu transfer freshman all American Eric gentry at linebacker, he's also 6 foot 7. Usc got like two 4 star d line transfers. Griffin is returning for his junior year at Cornerback. 4 star corner back from Oklahoma as well.

Nah, you don't get to claim Baker, Kyler or Hurts. Baker came to Oklahoma while Lincoln was in E Carolina. He was only his head coach for like one year. Kyler Murray had enough talent to win the Heisman at ten different schools and Hurts got all his development at Alabama. He did however recruit and developed Rattler and Williams and they somehow both got benched last year for wild and inconsistent play. How are his QBs getting worse the more he "developes" them. That was the true test and he failed miserably with 2 five ⭐ QBs. Now his current recruit keeps visiting A&M and posting pictures on his social media in other schools uniforms after committing to USC. Riley sure doesn't look like the QB whisperer that people made him out to be.
Wouldn’t you rather take the optimistic approach and think that maybe USC has finally got it right by hiring a coach that made it to the CFP 3 out of the last 4 years? He technically did ship those 3 QBs off to the NFL. They were drafted from OU under his coaching years. USC hasn’t had a Heisman winner in a long time now, no CFP and you’d rather sit there and believe in the cons?

LR didn’t develop mayfield , hurts or Murray the 1 player he could have developed was Rattler we saw how that turned out
He developed all of em. Was OC when Baker came and HC for the other 2. There were running his system. It’s funny how Caleb looked better than Spencer when he played. That’s A Rattler problem not LR.

And Caleb was a freshmen who excelled in the system to. He’s not gonna go crazy every game lol nobody does they’re freshmen year. He’ll learn and has as much potential as anyone in the country

When stoops stepped in during the bowl game he played awesome but that wasn’t happening when LR was coaching. go watch the season! I watched every minute of every frustrating game. I know how LR Is.
