I went to marine corps boot camp in my youth, and I had a problem with a certain sin, I didn't commit that sin for 3 months while in boot camp, why you may ask? I wasn't around the things that tempted me to sin. Then I realized that maybe God was telling me I need to stay in a spiritual boot camp Gods boot camp if you will. To do this we need to stay away from the people and things that tempt us, if its lust then we need to keep our eyes off the things we lust after, like in boot camp there's no women to lust after so I didn't lust, but after boot camp I had to look away from any woman's nakedness as if I was in a spiritual boot camp of God, and now I feel like a warrior in Gods army but still in boot camp til he comes...
being a Christian is the best thing in the world.

this song virtually made me a Christian my friend told me about it and I started going to other songs and felt an urge to read my bible then I started going to church

It’s 9 AM on July 8, 2024. I heard this song on K-LOVE after a walk on March 27, 2023. Earlier while walking I heard a conversation on the radio station and they asked “when was the last time you had a Jesus conversation.?” The first caller said, “I wear Christian T-shirts every day and people start conversations with me. The Lord gave me a design from the Bible app and told me to start making Christian T-shirts almost 5 years ago. Interestingly enough the scripture was Matthew 5:16, the one that says let your light shine….The Lord, popped the scripture in my head 2 different times and in the song it says I hear a voice in my head. Let your light shine. Let your light shine for all to see. God’s amazing confirmation over and over again! He’s so good!!! He often has a song reverberating in my head and I have to listen to it and there’s always something in there that God wants me to know or to hear or to do. I love that!

A little over a year ago my life was turned upside down, I was 130 lbs overweight and a newly single father. lost and not sure what I was going to do. I remember just praying to God and going to church for the first time in a long time. Something just told me everything will be fine and I started my youtube channel and just took it week by week. ive now lost over 110 lbs and im closer to God then ever before. in my tough times I just prayed for strength and I truly have made a TOTAL TRANSFORMATION! Just thought Id share my story :)

My class heard this song and it turned out just like the last few minutes. 1 person to almost 100. My whole school is turning to the faith because I shared that song. I haven't felt better in all my life than to share the word of God with everyone in my school. Praise the Lord for He is GOOD!
