Not as religious as some of my favs like amazing grace but this is grizzly..made me smile through my tears...even if it is a fantasy...my Lord is real and He is never early and never late. I know you’ll probably never read this, but I just want you to know that through your pain, and finding a way to praise God and trust Him through the grief of losing your child, I was finally able to see God in my grief too. I lost two children in the last year and a half and I’ve been struggling. But this song finally helped me to see God’s love for me even in my darkest moments. Thank you TobyMac, and thank You Jesus for his music/ministry, and for always rolling up Your sleeves for me! You are our only Hope and only Help!

Toby, we lost our son just a few months before you lost yours. It was his 18th birthday and he fell asleep on the way home from school to be with us on his birthday and was killed in a head on collision. His birthday is Valentine’s Day. We are still struggling every single day, every word you said is 100% our story too. What’s amazing is he said on an interview that he never had ambitions of being a solo artist because Michael Tait and Kevin Max in his words were the singers and he just rapped. But God opened a door through a Christian film that desired a song for their film and he agreed to write and perform a song for it . The song just exploded and he began to rethink the solo career. The rest is history. God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform.

Cal. dates but that doesn't mean It can't be added right? I have never been to a christian concert and I really want Toby to be the 1st since He is The One who got me interested in this genre. Been saved for many many years but Music was the one area that was really hard to reach me until I got introduced to Tobymac and for the life of me I cannot narrow it down to the one song that peaked my interest. I just remember soaking it all up from "feeling so fly" and "Irene" to " eye on it", "this is not a test", "move" ,"made to love", "like a match" and my Personal 1st song I go to "til the day I die". I do love the live in Louisiana 2016 tour that's on you tube I have it saved and on my video playlist. I knew if I got so much out of these live performances on video that I would HAVE TO see him live on the REAL. Say a little prayer for me that I get to say its the Best show I've ever been to too!!! HIS peace is surrounding you. I remember a song that said "I'll worship you with my pain". In hard time I mediate on Psalm 23 and it gives me hope and confidence in God's plan for my life. And for all the pain we have to go through, HE will use it for our good.
Just the mere fact that you have humbled yourself before His throne of grace, with outstretched arms, while understanding your need for forgiveness and healing due to the tragic circumstances embedded in your life...KNOW that God hears you and He is your healer and redeemer. It is your faith, your belief that God not only can, but that He will! Remember His word where it says, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him. For he that comes to God must believe that He IS, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him." Hebrews 11:6. Be encouraged dear sister. And know that He knows, He hears, and He loves you. Keep trusting and believing. There is NO-THING too hard for God. He is faithful! God bless you always!

My son is 29, autistic, mind of a 3 year old and non-verbal. His dad left when he was 3 and doesn't help ( not even birthday or Christmas cards?) My parents and my sister have never been supportive or helpful. Only God has seen us through!! I sing this song with vigor, it touches me so much. Every word fits my life! God bless

Then GOD deliberately sets up a tent revival in the boy's path, where he runs straight into it and finds the HELP that he's been looking for. I saw TobyMac in concert in Minneapolis Minnesota March 7, 2020 right before the pandemic closed down. He's going to be 57yrs old in October and he has the energy of a 20yr old. He's amazing he lost his son at 21yrs old and never turned his back on God, that alone is so inspiring. You can just see the spirit running through him... I love this song it's powerful!

I had Corona and today is the first day I could 1/2 taste my food! God came for me...Jesus heard my prayers to bring some of my senses back. It just shows that God is stronger than COVID. He can defeat COVID. I felt the python demon on my heart for 10 days. God has come and made my prayer come true. I also am feeling my lungs expand again and my heart beat after it was numb since Feb 19. God is so good.
i had it november definitely something evil about this virus i felt a spiritual attack as well. we have to pray through it!!!
and yes the heart thing was so weird i couldn’t feel mine beat for the longest time !

*I was standing on the corner at the Starbucks watching this whole video get shot! PROPS to ya man! it was SUPER cold out there and i'm not sure how you didn't wind up with Pneumonia as many times as you were up and down that street and in and out of the warm truck and your coat too. and the cop that was at the end of the street with me needed to get a reward for the job he did because people were giving him some serious grief about having to go around the area of the shoot. For those who say this man doesn't suffer for his craft, it was 27 degrees on main street in Franklin TN that night and they were out there until around 2:30 AM shooting this over and over. Betting he did the running scene behind the camera truck 30-50 times easy. wish you'd have gotten a clearer shot of the theatre there. it adds a nice element to the area and though it is in the shots it's blurred out so kinda ruins the whole vibe of the area that Franklin has going on there. I liked what i heard playing on the street that night enough to get your name from the Franklin Police officer that was blocking the end of the street i was on and look you up. nice song! great music! good message! and i hope you didn't get too sick out there in that bitter cold. i was out there in front of the starbucks in a button down short sleeve shirt and jeans myself but i'm a fat guy so i had insulation of my own happening*
