Best budget cruiser is a 2nd hand cruiser. They're often low mileage and retro/vintage/classic by definition 😉 Nothing is more relaxing then riding a cheap bike that can take a scratch or two without worries.
I bought a new one, but it was my first bike. After owning it for a year, I realized just how right you are. I would have been very happy with a gently used bike and my wallet would have liked it alot better too.
Yep I agree, I'm glad I got cruiser bikes out of my system with a couple of old metric bikes. On that note the 1100 virago is a great bike if you can find a nice one cheap
Not to mention the best bikes are in our past, just like with automobiles. I dont ride, but if do, I'm getting a Yamaha Roadstar Warrior. That thing dominated motorcycle magazines when I was a kid
The Super Meteor is a great bike, rode one last friday, and its great. The only downside to it is the lack of a rev meter.... srsly RE, go put the INT dash on it pls. Oh and unlike some other bikes in the category *cough Rebel* you can actually fit on the thing as an adult male.
Mate, I just want to say thank you for being YOU, for being the scheduled TV replacement, for being quality. I don't do adverts or brands, but I might actually buy your t-shirt...I don't even know why, but I will!😁
I have had the Eliminator since last November and as a new rider I love it. So many things that made it enjoyable and ideal for me. Even put a M4 exhaust on it.
I bought a Kawasaki W800. Amazing bike, simple, easy to work on, reliable and fun. I had a road King, then a PanAmerica HD and a Versys 1000se. All amazing bikes....but this one is...special. it's weird 😂. It captures my heart 😂
got my first bike last year it was a vulcan s, loved that bike. heading to port dover for Friday the 13th got rear ended by another bike.......... now I have a 96 honda shadow 1100. pretty badass bike tbh.
I bought the Eliminator 450 as my first(ish, had a 2002 ninja 500r but only used for practice before selling it) true motorcycle. It is a wonderful bike as I am short AND it still has some pretty good power to use. Also got it on sale thankfully, it was the tail end of a Kawasaki sale at the Ride Now near me.
I'm looking at a eliminator at a ride now no where near me, i would have to pay $500 shipping but it still beats local prices, is Ride now trust worthy? , i see bad reviews.
This is the only channel I have seen where I need to buy every product that sponsors it, I dont throw away my vapes because they’re hazardous so I have to quit before I drown in them, the Fum looks cool though.
CTX700. Low seat height, peppy engine, very comfortable with great handling. Since it was kind of a sales disappointment, they’re surprisingly affordable.
What bike would i choose from this list depends on the terms, conditions and mostly discounts provided by my local dealer. So far i am very happy with my 2023 Honda Rebel 500 SE but any bike from this video would do the job just fine i guess.
Owned both Rebel 250 and Eliminator EL 250 (SEAsia). Will never have another Rebel, would definitely have another Eliminator. Only REs I want are the Classic 350 and GT. Have learnt that feet-forward cruisers really aren't my thing.
Dont think this strategy would work. America is big and empty plus cheap oil. I realised this reading a comment from a merican who wanted belt drive cause of low maintenance.
The Aussies and South African folks seem to like them. I'm Canadian and I know a few farmers and hunters who use their side by sides and quads. They might be worth a shot, but the modern market has a heck of a lot of good options.
I have been waiting and begging for a bike similar to a Magna VF1100, the fact someone has not made a V4 super cruiser for the modern market is crazy to me.
I’m pretty sure the Honda is a 180 degree P twin, are the elimanator and clc 270 degree twins ? I think the sound of the 180 is a deal breaker for me. I have an MC19 currently and I’m looking for something more comfortable and throaty for a 2nd bike, so v twin or 270 twin for me
Eliminator standard. I really dont like the contemporary look of a cruiser. standard eliminator looks stand between naked and cruiser and i freaking love it. not to mention it has the naked bike tuning kawasaki please please please make an inline 4 eliminator
Yammi, would you recommend getting a helmet with or without a drop-down visor? I have been wanting to upgrade my helmet, i mostly commute to work with some spirited riding. I am looking at the HJC i10 which is snell approved with a drop down visor, where i could just get a different color visor for the sun. Or i could get an AGV K3 with a drop down visor which is dot and ece certified. What are your thoughts on integrated sun visors?
Hey, You guys always reccomend your shop, in videos but the links and anything I can find are only for going to subscribe, and not to buy gear like Gloves Helmets, Jackets etc. Is that only for members or is that open to everyone and I am just too stupid to find it?
I don't really have an opinion on Chinese bikes, but I will say that the CLC 450 looks like what Kawasaki should've delivered with the EL 500. And the EL 500 looks more like an awkward Chinese attempt at a cruiser than the actual Chinese attempt at a cruiser.
I'm taking the MSF in a few months and starting to budget and save and I think I have my heart set on the Eliminator. It's such a beautiful bike. Though after watching the video, I think it might now have some competition from the Super Meteor.
Eliminator 696 with buckhorn bars, throwback style cooler than the recent design, which looks weak, back to the 80's vibe instead, black n' chrome. With dynamic damping. Yammieha could do the same with the X-Max (the 80's bike, not the scooter). Surely they are sitting on a sad pile of R6 engines :(
I’ve had many types of bikes and if I am going with a stripped down cruiser it’s a Harley or Indian. This is not because of “merica” it’s because I like the way those ride for that type of riding. I don’t care where it’s made or who made it but there is a reason those 2 brands have always owned that industry. Problem is price. If you want a budget price you would have to get it used when talking about Harley or Indian.
I find it more than a little suspect that you gave the price of every bike except for the Eliminator 450. The bike has no style, it looks like nothing special. The frame is fugly too. Worst of all is that you somehow consider this "nothing" bike as budget-friendly. Yes, I know what year it is, but $7000.00 {aka SEVEN GRAND} for a 450cc motorcycle is nothing short of lunacy. Only Royal Enfield's are priced anywhere near sanity today and even they're adding on a grand in bogus fees out the door.
I hate that they gave it the Eliminator name. I had an 85 Eliminator 900. It was special in looks and performance. The new one is just another also ran.

The movie Cars used the Rascal Flats version of the song. Which I’m assuming he is referring too

The Kawasaki Eliminator is a awesome bike! So sporty and crusie at the same time! You wont regret getting a Eliminator
Tom Cochrane wrote Life is a Highway. Semi decent cover by Rascal Flatts but nothing beats the original!
Soon as I saw the title I knew Yammie would do anything in his power to not recommend the Vulcan S😭
@@Itsuki0419 He overstated the smoothness (aka boring sound) of Kawasaki 650cc engine. He basically hates every single Kawasaki 650.

Definitely the eliminator
CFMoto CL-C looks cool specially with that belt drive. The sound of that stock pipe is really awesome!

If the Eliminator or Vulcan came in a 1000 version or somewhere abouts I'd consider it. Then add a quick shifter and cruise and id buy one.

thoughts on the benelli 502c? Pretty cool lookin budget cruiser
I am lost on why the Vulcan s 650 is so hated. I bought one last year and it's a great cruiser with ample lean angle and power.
Is the honda shadow phantom a good cruiser? Because I hardly here anyone talk about even though it seems like a decent bike.
CFMoto is going to be main stream
It already is brother
I see them flying off my local dealers. They're quite popular already. Ita only gonna grow as long as they last over time.
I would say the real question concerning the CFMoto is how long will it last riding it?

Dear CFMoto: cruisers have TWO rear shocks, not one.
Ya win some, ya lose some. You get forward controls, a 270° crank engine and a belt-driven final drive, but the rear suspension is monoshock
