Man I remember watching this video when I was so young and I still cannot believe that this video is still active and I’m glad that i manage to rewatch this video only because of nostalgic reasons and this is the first racing video that i ever saw.
Would be cool to put camera's in the cars, and each player could drive it with a monitor like a video game. :)

I’d love to get into this but my wife will kill me if I get one more expensive hobby. Oh wait! I’m a 43 year old single man child with land and no dependents! Going to order a couple and rent a skid steer right now! I feel like this needs to go next to the shooting range. Seriously though, this is crazy nostalgic for me. Reminds me of pumping all of my allowance into the “Off Road” arcade machine with the real steering wheels and gas pedals when I was a kid. I’m soooooo stoked right now!🎉🎉🎉

These expensive dirt-track layouts are fine. But this is a genuine race with equipment, and crews, and everything.
There might be a way to equip electric R/C cars with turning-bars to make it easier for kids.
If you took an R/C car and mounted a twelve inch wooden bar on each side, and gave the bars a 30 degree sweep, then the car would “turn” if one of the bars hits a metal stake.
When the turning bar hits the stake, it would force the whole car to make a right or left hand turn. So you could put some two foot tall stakes in the grass, and tell the kids to drive their car close enough to the stake for a turn. The bars might have to be swept back as much as sixty degrees.
But in any case, the track layout would be easy to set-up, and the cars would automatically turn in the right direction if the kids are good enough drivers. Or pilots with low flying F-16’s.

I remember watching nitro RC racing years ago, and it was crap, the cars were uncontrollable, but I have watched a few races on YT recently and it's great, very fast, great drivers, and as exciting as watching real driver in the car racing.
I run about 4 nitro's and they are horrible on anything except wide open spaces.I got a few really awesome brushless trucks and man,are they the way to go.Unbelievable stability and the power is endless and controllable.

the rule should be no one enter the track until last car down, and then all cars continue at once.. thus to balance speed and accuracy
