Stephanie Doree its hard when you try to go all in on new years thats why people fail after a month. Its better to make small changes like drinking more water, eating one fruit a day, incorporating veggies with one meal, walking instead of intense exercising. Thats a good way to start off when you have been overweight and inactive for a long time. I have been seeing results. Remember that it took years and years to gain this amount of weight so it is healthy when it takes the same time to lose
Same! Set small goals to achieve while going, stay focused, always hold your accountable, drinks lots & lots of water, cut out sugars (not all lol) & get a good amount of rest at night.

ive had my opinion on certain things about pat but one thing no one cannot deny is that her family is amazing she is so happy with the family she has created. i guess its more amazing to me because ive been following since the wedding. and im proud this far. she really does cherish her family. the traveling the cooking and the fact that her and mike spend their own time together to keep the flame. i just love watching. my fav Vloggers on youtube. ...like damn girl im just tryna be like yall lol. ..vry nice. no one cant deny this lovely family.

I love hearing the different terms child minder as opposed to babysitters
When I was in school I used to hear of other kids going to their child minders a lot, I think that's when one adult is looking after a few kids at the same time, like from different families and it would take place at the childminder's home. Then a babysitter could just be looking after one child, or children from the same family., but it would be at the child's home. That's just what I gather from it anyway.
A childminder is someone who regularly looks after lots of different kids at their own home in the day while parents work etc, a babysitter is usually younger and comes to look after just your child specifically every now and again.

Anna V I know that. It's just an expression my siblings and I use. Her father is white, so Grace is light complected but she looks exactly like Patricia (well to me she does). My brothers use the same expression to my niece who looks exactly like my brother, the only difference is the complexion due to her mother being white. My white friend even says the same with her daughter who looks like her but because of her father being black, her daughter has a deeper tan/brown complexion. So she says my daughter is the black version of me. My comment wasn't meant to be offensive. Sorry if people were offended.
