Two things that have always worked for making my beard grow faster is eating natural peanut butter and castor oil applied to the beard

I've been using the blow dryer less and using beard butter again and I don't think I need the blow dryer as much. I have super thick/kinky hair when water hits it. Thanks for the vids. I'll definitely cop that bundle soon.

My beard has been growing well but the thickness is not there as much as I would like to . I'm going to start working out again . I burned myself out of the gym years ago I'm going to take it slow this time and water is key too . The fundamentals are key .

It does legit do research cause it can be rough on the skin but I went from no beard to beard with minox
I don’t have any personal experience with it. I have seen people who say it worked for them and also people who say it didn’t. I’m just not a fan of putting a product like that on my face
I really need help badly I went to a barber as I needed a new one since mine was on holiday and they had good reviews etc I'm only 14 and I have a beard thats connected from the bottom and he messed it up one side is shorter and the other is bigger I've waited a few weeks and it hasn't grown back normally atleast and I have a patch at the bottom of mine idk what to do I might have to shave and hope it grows again in 6 weeks the summer holidays pls help

I wouldn’t shave it and start over you can take a little off the bigger side to even it out a little and it will eventually catch up. Depending on how fast your beard grows it can take some time. Also you may be the only person that notices the difference because your focused on it
@@BeardedExistence Ok but I've waited a few weeks only a few hairs have appeared on the parts the barbers literally shortened it tho even from where its supposed to be by your chin isn't there something with the roots tho that like it will grow back eventually is 6 weeks enough because I feel like it won't be as good as before especially the patch on the bottom would that go I'm only 14 tho so I dont think it will grow to fast even if I shave it off will it come back better or the same length because it used to be ok but now I've kinda lost hope thinking to just leave my moustache and shave it off and hopefully it may grow back the same but would it grow back the same?

Lol working out isn't going to help your beard grow whatsoever! If you don't have the genetics to grow a beard you must invest in some Minoxidil and a Derma Roller. Maybe incorporate some Black Jamaican Castor oil and a good Colligen peptide into your routine aswell.
I disagree working out increases testosterone and circulation! Increased blood flow, testosterone and overall better health will help with beard growth. If the genetics are totally absent that’s another topic

I have an question I have an full beard an I was growing it for 3 years but it never got any length it just had thickness an I shaved it of an regrow it an it fill in nice but it like when my beard gets to an certain length it stop growing I been taking biotin to boost an it seems like it won't grow I been use oils an washing it to keep it from drying out I been so I guessing it has something to do with age
