After a little research, I did realise that adultery in Nigeria is a crime...now if the Freeze's wife was still on divorce proceedings and Freeze started a relationship with her which became intimate along the line, well, guilty as charged according to the Nigerian legal system...it is unfair that the ex husband would be petty enough to make a case of a marriage that could not hold water again but according to the law, if Freeze had a sexual relationship while the divorce was not finalised then, the supreme court might uphold the verdict.
