A lot of places do it, you have great examples like quinta do freixo or quinta do freixo do meio which have been doing holistic grazing for many years now.
@ Project Kamp, Portugal as well. They have been running for about 3-4 years I think. If you are familiar with Kirsten Dirksen’s channel she makes content about people developing creative ideas regarding solutions to addressing how to live. There’s a pretty similar project in California that is actually urban. I think Kirsten made an episode about them. Maybe vegetarian leaning place…?
