they're great too!
My favorite is Southern Lure Company's Bassrat; white, with the red and white skirt. It's an awesome shad imitator. I've been catching big bass on it for over 30 years. I like to use it as a search lure in grass, with a really fast head bobbing action. This produces some vicious stikes. I concur about the small, 45 size LiveTarget frog in all black. Lastly is one pictured in your box but you didn't mention. That's the huge green Snag Proof Moss Master Tournament frog. (Yours may be a Mann's) I had a tremendous day on that one, one particularly windy September day. Caught 24lbs on it.
The best one is spro! Hands down! (I’m 17 blow ups and 17 fished landed in the boat!
They’re great too but also a given cause they are so good. That’s a great hookup ratio too!
I use Terminator walking frog jr. a ton but I also love the spro popping frog 60 and Teckle has some awesome frogs also.

Jackall kaera is the best downsized frog on the market maybe just the best frog all together. I’ve caught so many 6 plus pounders on it that it’s crazy. I also really like the River 2 Sea bully wa, also a major fish catcher.

When do you fish a frog? Could I fish it now because it’s pre spawn/ spawn here in Texas. And also what’s the ideal weather for topwater lures?
starting when the water hits around 55 degrees. I've found you can catch some really big ones prespawn. Overcast is always the standard for topwaters but I throw them even in the middle of the day when it's sunny.
I love the black and blue Vega frog, but the plug came off and now sinks... very disappointed in that. Poppin perch is great. But my go to is the cheap scum frog, been using the same one for over 2 years. Had bought a new one, but it's still in the package.
That's too bad about the plug falling off! I'll have to try that scum frog.
