I tried this about six times, but the Headcrab zombies were just getting destroyed each time.

Maybe you should try increasing the fast zombies damage to 25 and have iNPC Installed? unless it conflicts, thats okay
Also the Poison zombies with 100 damage since they're really slow to balance it out
And the normal zombies with 50
Zombines with 75 (Dont increase health on either of this)
