So you want to cast in your sink? That whole counter/sink combo can be monolithic! But fiberglass sink molds are so expensive....Make your own! In this video I show the steps that have worked very well for me.

G day you didn’t explain how did you smooth the edges when dealing with the exposed chips of the chipboard? May i use car putty sand it and the use an epoxy aerosol to smooth the surface?
The brush-on urethane covered the chips, then I sanded it smooth and recoated as needed. Car putty is ok as long as you seal it. Aerosol may go on too thin, not sure about that one....
