    I lived Atlanta for a couple yrs + spent most of my summers there ...these jeans have been around for yeaarrrsss o_o! Stores like Pink Clove, Know Style, Mix & Match, Jimmy Jazz...just to name a few sold these jeans back in 2010 when the high waisted destroyed acid wash jeans popped off. Fashion Nova basically stole the Hoochie Store swag from urban shopping centers.

    I completely disagree. I say definitely go into rivaling boutiques to see if you can find the brands they’re ordering from. Retagging your items with your own label is a responsible and smart way to protect your brand. If a company is too lazy to do it, there’s nothing wrong with letting their mistake help make your boutique even better! Business is not about being nice , it’s about being smart! ❤️

      If you’re are too lazy to do your own research and want to take from those that have..then sure. This is the way to go! Not all wholesalers offer private labeling. If this is the way to go than you probably wouldn’t make it anyways beings that you’re too damn lazy yourself. The answers are out there and you don’t need to step on any other business owners to be successful. I rather take a look back on all my accomplishments and say, “I did that!” But I guess not everyone has what it takes. 😉

    used to work for a dye laundry in la that would dye most of the jeans for fashion nova so we would receive them prior to the private label change . From my understanding the private label company was Express Source Parker Jeans .Unless they source from a few different companies?🤔 anyways check them out if your looking for another private label company besides vibrant miu . Just giving you options 😉

    She ain't lyin! I ordered two pairs of fashion nova jeans around Christmas time for my sister and they came in the mail without being private labeled by fashion nova, it was completely different brands on the jeans in a fashion nova bag. I was so confused thought I had been scammed

    • @bossmamajackie
      @bossmamajackie  5 років тому +2

      fashion nova is a distributor of clothing meaning they buy from various vendors not just one which means tags will be different. what they have begun to do to not confuse the customer and create a cohesive brand is private label

  • @mvritzaaa
    @mvritzaaa 5 років тому +3

    I feel bad now I dont just go in fitting rooms and not purchase the item. I always check the quality of the clothing in stores and buy it then I check what wholeseller it came from even if they have the brands name tag at the bottom the care tag will have the name of the wholesaler so yea Im not trying to step on any companies toes by finding wholesalers I am doing my research first by what I can do. I used to work in retail and in boutiques and putting out new merchandise I noticed which wholesalers clothing was being ordered more or at least the wholesalers that have nice quality because I prefer quality over a excess amount of clothing that looks cheap. I love your videos and I appreciate your advice for starters❤

    You can also purchase Vibrant jeans directly on Amazon. Also, if you live here in LA you can buy them at Slauson Swap Meet (most vendors there sell Vibrant jeans). I got some of the high waisted bell bottoms there for $30. I have all 3 orginal pairs of the Fashionnova Jeans and they've ALWAYS done private labeling. The part where they slip up is they don't change out the buttons (the buttons still say Vibrant MiU on them).
    But yes, you could go to Slauson Swap Meet (aka Slauson Supermall), Del Amo Swap Meet, Compton Swap Meet, etc. and you will likely find them for very inexpensive. Most of the little women's boutiques in those places use Vibrant MiU.
    Forever 21 is also an original Los Angeles brand but they do not use Vibrant for the women who keep mentioning them in the comments. They use Los Angeles vendors but not Vibrant which is why their jeans have a less flattering fit.
    Fashionnova is also an original Los Angeles brand and all of the original stores are here as well as the main headquarters/warehouse. If I want anything Fashionnova I can just walk in to one of their stores. It should go without saying, but Fashionnova has been around far longer than most people know. They blew up on social media in the last like 6yrs but they've been around for a cool decade or so. They were mainly a local shop in DTLA before they expanded and opened stores in the malls here and got their big warehouse.
    Same with Rainbow. Rainbow tends to use Wax Jean co and other brands, they do not use Vibrant. They usually use a vender that makes a cheaper knock off of Vibrant and it becomes apparent in the overall quality and fit, because they do not fit the same. I have several pairs of Rainbow jeans and, Charlotte Russe, as well as Fashionnova and Vibrant direct.
    Some wholesale places do allow private shoppers but usually you have to be willing to purchase a certain number of units in order for them to fool with you.
    But I prefer to just hit one of the Swap meets if all I want is a single unit and it's usually way cheaper than Fashionnova. Other option is searching Vibrant MIU Jeans on Amazon. They sell them there, too, and certain designs/washes are on Prime so you'd get them in only a couple days after purchase.

      @@bossmamajackie you definitely did say all including yourself but you also did shade Fashion Nova. 1) the title of the video screamed Fashion Nova. 2) the start of this video was like girrrrllll let me give you this tea on "Fashion Nova". It's definitely shade but I'm definitely not mad at you for the tea 😉
