I saw them in Palermo, Italy, last night. Easily one of the loudest shows I've ever seen. Happy to have seen Ceremony East Coast opening the night (the 2/3 of APTBS in this video). Two awesome sets, love and noise.
It's not enough to be awesome, no, I've gotta move the actual amp around while it's plugged in, to explore the space. Thank you, Drab Majesty channel, for bringing me here.
Shreds! Wow, so glad to have found this :) Psychocandy comes to mind which is a good thing but also appreciate the fresh take on the fuzz guitar+bass. Heckuva drum sound!
music doesn't usually evoke any emotional response from me anymore unless its something special. Holy shit this is crude loud offensive beautiful haunting; you name it. this is art
I love this session, but it was a little disorienting listening to it with ads. One minute, it's sonic annihilation, the next it's like, a Progressive commercial.
Well I still miss the previous set with Lia and Dion, maybe more melodic under the wall of sound. But I can recognize that this concert It's a kind of experience, not exactly music related, It's more like watch twentieth century painture, like music decomposed with the excuse of a song.
They're not for vocal effects (or maybe could be), but they're probably for monitoring. That's pretty much a small mixer and you can dial your headphone mix as you want. I've seen those in studios a couple times and they're pretty useful for that.
This isn't true to their sound really... and you have to see them live to feel the full experience. It's that wall of noise that puts them in that category.

"Hold on Tight" hits me in the feels every time.
When I saw this band I had never heard of them before. Easily the best live performance I've ever seen
This is every live sound engineer's dream!
Oliver for president!

Wall of awesome sound
And the drummer so positive)
Thanks to the trees also
so cool watching Oliver playing some early stuff with the Fedowitz line-up
What a cool band! Huge sounds from a three piece.
That's the dude from Death By Audio pedals! This is some wonderful fuzzed-out madness.
oliver's a modern day actual mad scientist
I thought the same thing..... He practice what he preach!
So glad they made it to audiotree, I found out about them through an ad while I was suffering from Covid, dope as fuckkk
You mean audiotree made it to them. APTBS legends already for more than a decade.
guitar war crimes were committed as usual. very nice
c'est la guerre
Oh how I love APTBS!! Y'all have my heart!! I can't wait to hear you live again. You changed my life and ears for the better.

Getting definite Cop Shoot Cop vibes from "Freaks Unite", between the prominent bass, the no-kick drumming, and the distorted vox.
I need an album that will sound like this live.
music doesn't usually evoke any emotional response from me anymore unless its something special. Holy shit this is crude loud offensive beautiful haunting; you name it. this is art
best band in the world 🖤
Oh yessss!!!
So clean, so polished, not the APTBS I'm used to. Still dope AF.
i hope they remain with this line up
Heard about this band from what's in my bag when The fountains dc was on
Yes! love it❤
This is a perfect day!!!😁🤟👍
Just found this band...Nice!!
In fact I have revisited old concerts and a song like Situation changes, It's hard to imagine with the current band.
EPIC!
🖤
Ooh-lala
the fuckin coolest
NOISE NICE
epic 😎

The drummer wanted sign read “Looking for all hi hat, or get the fu** Out!”
Is it me? Or the audio of this set is not that good? Or; Maybe because i haven't listen to this album in any streaming sites yet 🙂
It's not you. It sounds way polished and cleaner than they ever (deliberately) sound. Still works, but it's not the APTBS we're used to.
does anyone knows if theier light effects are just beamers?
nice
Am I the only ome who thinks of Joy Division when listening to them? 🤔
This sounds like noise rock Joy Division
🎶💪
tremeeeeeeeeeeeendo
idk i still like this stuff just think the previous line up was better with Dion Lunadon and Lia Braswell
Give ‘em a chance. Ceremony (East Coast) is bad ass and they’ve filled Dion and Lia’s roles nicely while working on their own stuff.

Frank black meets The Blue Monkey Room meets the Ravonettes....
scuse my ignorance, but what are the EQ looking things on the mic stands for?
believe they are vocal effects
Vocal delays! DBA make em.

Sounds just like a couple other bands I know , good stuff 👍 but i'd say its far more post ~ punk than Shoegaze
🎶 🎵

They are more post punk and noise rock but they definitely have that shoegaze feel
Nah that’s the thing really, they sound nothing like some other band. One of a kind sound. Amazing!
@@josegonzalez-ym6xe 💯%♡♡♡
What bass is Fedowitz usin´?
Just a right-handed Jazz Bass strung left-handed I think
Falto la voz femenina para darle el plus
End of the night a lill' bit kled by fast tempo...was expecting a slow trance...
What a racket . lets be honest its just noise anyone could make .
