This is literally just high school level drama happening in the smash community 😭 no one should be banned indefinitely they should all just take a break imo
Armadillo is not a pedo, it's insane to give this guy the same label as a creep like EDP when he's just getting out of Highschool. Also, I'm sick of these women telling their sob stories about how their gamer ex boyfriends were cheating and expecting people to care. You weren't abused or taken advantage, you had a bad relationship and that happens to everyone, you're not special. I'm not wasting my time on that.

Here's my whole take on the situation, so as someone that have a little bit of knowledge on the law, armidillo is a resident of new york as I understand, and he had sex with 16 year old, believing that going to another state where the age of consent is lower should suffice to circumvent the issue, this is extremely ilegal, which means, that just by default, armadillo is now guilty of statutory rape, which is a strict liability crime, meaning that no matter what, he is guilty of said crime, this in and own itself should grant him permanent access to being register as a sex offender, but as we know, the police doesn't exactly follow up into this cases unless they are being push by the society, given that the smash TO's failed to do so, it would be fair to assume he will never face repercussion regarding him having sex with a minor, still, I would still be hard for to consider him a pedophile, not that he didnt do something ilegal, he should be held accountable and prosecuted for sure, but I cannot in good faith fully consider him to be a danger to minors, he shouldn't be around any obviously, but I'm also taking into account that nevets is a promiscous whore. Nevets, like you say is a special case, she has stated that she have being rape in more than one occasion, I have no idea if this is true, but for the sake of argument im going to pretend it is, giving her the benefit of the doubt for now, I have dealt with people that experience rape before, and none of them openly talk about it in the way she does, I understand she's mentally ill, or at least that's what she says, but this is incredibly abnormal behaviour, specially for a victim of rape, in the past there was an allegation she put into another player, on a similar situation like armadillo, and now in her current relationship, if you ask me, I think there's a common denominator here, I agree this doesnt mean that she is the guilty party or that the men involved with her hold any less responsability, i'm just saying that this doesn't happen randomly, she's basically the captain zack of women, I reach out to her the first time her first allegation came out, because it was more of a he said she said situation, and there was information missing, I asked her if she could provide the evidence, because she literally had the receipts, so that an investigation could be file and have someone remove from the community for good, to which her respond was, "gross" and block me, so yeah I do not have the best image when it concerns her. Do I believe she should be ban from smash as a whole? yes, but not because she's a whore or some inmature teenager that exploits her advantage as a woman, I believe she should be banned, because she committed blackmail, which then she later blame on her mental illness, I have worked with people with mental illness before, and a vast majority either use medication to stay handle their problems, or don't blame it on their disabilities, because it's insulting to blame it on that, it would be understandable if nevets was mentally incompetent, but she isnt, she clearly understand right from wrong, so giving her a pass on this situations is a big no for me, I agree both people should be banned, with armadillo being ban for life since he is essentially a sex offender, and nevets for at least 2 years.

I'm all for new content creators being inspired by current content creators but your really just looking creatively bankrupt here please work on YOUR branding.
