If the zombies spawn instantly for you, try waiting for the assault to end before entering the lift at the end!

@@Total_Expert I want to ask does the sentry work on the zombies at the end? cause they seem to be not taking damage from the sentry
@@pipceras6741 They should work but they are not very effective at higher difficultys so it should work on normal

Step Summary:
- Shoot all 10 cameras in 10 seconds
- find panic buttons
- press all panic buttons in 15 seconds
- get into icu
- look at the clipboard on the table near the icu door to the left of the entrance
- find the corresponding color for the word at the bottom of the clipboard
- use that color to open the right icu first
- complete the mission as normal
don't forget to wait for the assault to end before getting the flare
Pro tip: Check the clipboards OUTSIDE first before triggering the panic buttons, and jot them down. That way, it buys you more time to do samples faster once you've figured out the correct wire to cut.

I like how when I did it solo during my first and second time, the zombies spawned when I got teleported then when I done it with other people it give me enough time to ignite the flare

Tip: You need to wait until the current assault is over or seconds from over until you walk into the elevator otherwise the zombies will already be there and you will instantly die when trying to light the flare

Thanks for the help! I managed to complete this using a spray load with friends! Extra tip: On lower difficulties, I recommend bring a turret and minigun, (if you own the gamepass) and bring a silenced pistol for the cameras.

advice: there is a huge blind spot at spawn for cams, you can take out guards / hostage civs over there without a problem.

@@koco. main hallways to the left of spawn is relatively free of camera's, as well as the entire area past the + intersection (on the way to blow the beer)
heres some lore since noteriety is based off payday 2 and the mission blood money the map is very similar to the hospital map in Left 4 dead if your seeing git now patient = military = zombies
After months of playing notoriety it is my first time seeing a frickin l4d easter egg
the end feels like the debris fell on us and we died
"Transport" seems to debunk this as non-canon, as the Notorious are still alive. They likely survived offscreen from the missiles (God, how durable are they now....?).
@@roxentrail5388 I mean, probably panic room is just not canon because of the fact that the heisters pushed the panic buttons themselves (which kinda doesnt make sense)

@@Total_Expert yea its because they updated the game , a long time ago it was like 3 , and then 5 (at this moment it was extremely hard) but now its only 4
the amount of players playing in the lobby affects the amount of cameras that spawn

what build did you use for this? maybe you can do a video on that or if your build hasnt changed what you used to beat this cuz me and my friends cannot beat this even though its on normal and stuff
Hey sorry for the late reply, I used more of a loud load out, my armour was the lightweight, main gun was the akm with a silencer and second weapon can be anything.

the build used here isn't very great (as someone with over 300 hours in this game), as it lacks bullseye, and also likely rampage. These two skills are incredibly op at the current moment , as bullseye give pretty much infinite armor if you can hit headshots, and rampage is essentially a free 4x damage, assuming you have the brain capability to get your armor broken every ~30 secs. The armor is a somewhat interesting choice in this build, as the lightweight vest isn't very useful most of the time, due to it lacking any significant armor breakpoints on most difficulties, so I would recommend suit most of the time. primary choice is pretty fine, as the AKM is a very solid weapon that is capable of hitting one shot headshots with a rampage proc, however I would highly recommend taking something like fully loaded basic, and then swapping the ammo bags for doctor bags, as doc bags have a lot more usage then ammo bags, due to ammo bags giving you something that you can easily get through other skills. Finally, the chicago typewriter isn't a very good secondary option, due to it pretty much just being a harder to control AKS-74U with a slightly larger mag, which is rarely helpful, as opposed to the essential 0 recoil of the aks-74u, along with it doing slightly more damage. tl:dr, make sure to include rampage and bullseye in your build, get fully loaded basic and doc bags along with suit, and take the AKM for your primary, and AKS-74U for your secondary.

I always use a dodge/"You Think You Can Kill Me...?" build with "Pistol Messiah", "Morale", and "Magician" skills aced. Plus "Rampage" and "Bullseye".

yes the guards can be killed
You can take guards and police hostage, and convert them; they'll teleport into the room with you and team AI, which is honestly REALLY funky, unique, and cool IMO.

Not sure I’ve never tried it, I don’t see why it wouldn’t thiugh
on lower difficulties, yes, however they start to lack a high enough consistent damage output on higher difficulties to be worth bringing over thing like doc bags

question: can't you get the "teddy bear" before pressing the panic buttons? wouldn't that give you more time and space to move hostages to better locations than spawn?
note: can someone please explain to me why they have ammo instead of doctor bag or turret?
They're using ammo bag most likely because assault rifle ammo is drained like a sponge in water after a few minutes.
@@tsaroftheunion not if you pick up cops ammo, and if you care about ammo THAT much go turret loadout, turrets double all ammo it touches and can store INFINITE ammo. thus jesus turret

What the fuck happened at the end?
Custom story about zombies
In authority cloaker was infected by some weird decease he told soldiers that they should take him to the infection clinic they did so but while being in elevator it was too late and cloaker went insane so he started to bite soldiers which caused them to be infected elevator was down to the floor -1 while they were in floor 11 means they were alive but injured after a few months groups of them appeared in panic room but then 2 of the patients that were deceased could tell doctor about that virus after they did they were in coma and been put in ICU A and another one would be in random ICU nobody knows where he was and one of patients was out of coma he could escape and go to the FBI base after that he infected all cloakers
And after notoriouses were in clinic, military zombies that are in panic rooms still had radios and they called in the Avalache to destroy the clinic after notoriouses took samples and were about to leave the place the avalanches would fly in and destroy the building they could survive but jade Lost contact with them means they had to survive on they're own They need to accept fate that soldiers needed that much zombies didn't allowed to do that after flare is lighted up avalanche that was controlled by military will kill all zombies and save notoriouses and they said that if they will do the any heist causing alarm there will be problems and that's why ozela heist the grandiest of all is on stealth

Actually I think it’s because they spawn during an assault like normal enemies but when I went into the lift my assault had just ended
