Where can I purchase the New Testament you read from? I enjoy learning how the NT would say it in Hebrew. I see it’s a bigger book than my tiny Salkinsons. Thank you
@@danieleprince1200 I know the NT is written in Greek. But I think this will help me practice reading Hebrew. Like when I read the Greek translation of the OT to practice reading Greek.
Isaías 9:5 For a child das bien is refering to king Hezekiah who will save Jerusalén from it 's enemies. Always look at the context when reading, who is talking and to whom. Plus when was this conversation what was happening in Israel at the time. Be happy about your savior but do not use our holy scriptures in vain.
Hezekiah was about 10 years old when his father Ahaz became king. This prophecy came in the reign of Ahaz, so it's not referring to Hezekiah. Also the rest of chapter 9 talks about an unending kingdom under this child. In my research all the kings of Judah have already died.
Merry Christmas to you as well! God bless your family, your church, your community, and the work He has called you to do for His glory!
