A little bit about me: I have lived in Fayetteville since 2003 and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management. After graduating college, I worked for a few different Wal-Mart vendors before becoming a Realtor in 2015. Since becoming a Realtor, I have become a National Speaker and am one of the top listing agents in NWA. I am passionate about helping other team members increase their skills to become more successful, and am focused on my own personal development to be able to constantly add value to my team and clients.
Yes. Yes. I am
Love it
Can you make a video of MEDICAL FACILITIES in NW Arkansas - - many would move there if they knew more - - thanks for your stuff
That’s a good idea. There are several hospitals and medical facilities in NWA

The fact that it's car dependent; no other alternative option to driving (cycling here is just for sport, no one wants to walk on a stroad) full of single family uclidian zoning with no mixed use anywhere
I just visited Bentonville for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend. I live in Phoenix. Regarding the driving, yes, the traffic was surprisingly heavy during rush hour for a city its size. Compared to Phoenix, I found the drivers in NWA to not be as fast and aggressive as here. However, I did notice that in NWA a lot of people don't use their turn signals. During my 5 days I only saw one panhandler in Bentonville, and could not detect any gang-banger element at all there. Unlike a large city such as Phoenix. I rented a mountain bike and having shade and cooler temperatures were very nice. Going out to some bars my impression was that it's a little more family oriented than here. Lots of people sitting at the tables with their families while the bar itself was pretty empty. Which is kind-of the opposite of what you get here. Overall I was very impressed with the area!
Although the traffic in town could be bad, having twisty winding 2 lane country roads all over the place just outside of town is pretty amazing, I thought.
Thanks for your comment! Yeah, the drivers here are my least favorite thing about this area, but I like to drive fast and aggressive lol
@naturallynwahometeam-erice4135 here in Phoenix if you're not going at least 10 over the speed limit, people will tailgate the heck out of you lol.
@@danielreigada1542 my kind of driving haha
Good thing they invested in those bike trails, cause the streets and highways are a mess with traffic.
Yeah I’ve thought about driving on the bike trails to avoid the traffic but I’m sure that’s frowned upon when you’re in a truck
Been here a year....worst traffic I have ever been in. People run red lights and don't pay attention to their surroundings at all. They don't use signals and ride your bumper. Whew. It's really really bad.
Yeah it can be maddening!
You've very succinctly described driving in Boston.
@@mrsmck2910 Haha absolutely. Really all of the northeast, but yes especially the Boston area people will ride your ass even if you're going 10 over it's quite annoying.
Yup and sounds like auto insurance will be double. What a disappointment.
Can you make a video about Centerton?
I would love to, but I haven’t figured out how to make a good video about it yet. There’s really not much in Centerton to make a video about. It’s mostly just neighborhoods and a few fast food restaurants. The commercial growth needs to catch up with the residential growth out there.
@@naturallynwahometeam - on realtor houses look good in that area.
:)
Barf. Having grown up in California this place sounds no different. How sad. All those people moving in came from places they trashed. I’ve lived it. I think this video pushed me over the edge. The natural state won’t be that way much longer. Alcohol isn’t good for anything. Partying isn’t either. 10 miles over the speed limit gets you double the auto insurance. Complaining about not being able to buy booze is beyond sad. I’m so bummed. We had been researching Arkansas but it’s really just not a sane option.
From my experience, the majority of the people moving here from California are leaving because of the political climate there that has allowed what you described. And as far as the booze and driving over the speed limit, those are trivial things that I had to reach to come up with as cons, because there really aren’t many cons about living here. I think you’re going to have a hard time finding a better place to live in the US, but I wish you Good luck finding a more “sane” option.
