Being a marine biologist, I can tell you that more than 80% of the fish people release go away and die because they can not eat, their mouths, jaws, gills and other parts never recover, the rough way you release them, I imagine you even break parts of their mouth, jaw and teeth. Popping a reef fishes swim bladder does nothing, they all die within the day.... Imagine how traumatic they must feel, imagine if it were you.... Just a friendly mention.
