From my experience in ireland for past 5-6 years IT jobs market is down very less opening and lotsvof layoffs, freshers less jobs to no opportunity here. It's totally upto you. Based on your children's health condition you plan. If they catch cold or fall sick easily, then better bring them after few months, cause winter is approaching here
