Henry's journey in the fitness industry is quite interesting, before Man of Steel he didn't liked working out, he did for Immortals, but he didn't took seriously, he was always considered "fat". Because of this, he lost roles in Bond, Batman Begins and Superman Flyby, and when he was called by Snyder to audiction, the guy was playing WoW.
During MoS production he actually trained really hard and kept a strict diet, Snyder even gave him a ice cream bucket in the end of the shooting.
Now the guy actually trains for hobby and he also is getting more roles, pretty uplifting considering he was once called "the unluckiest actor in hollywood".
It is because he is a Gamer! Lmao.

The funny thing is that if gakic is just glycine and glycine helps increase dht then it might have actually been pretty useful for increasing strength , especially in high school when your test is spiking you would have alot to possibly convert.

I usually don't give a fuck what some UA-camr is trying to sell me but Derek won me over with his candor and overwhelming knowledge. Shit, even Vegan Gains who HATES EVERYBODY speaks positively of Derek. Derek has made some videos describing what some of the supplements are. Look up More Plates More Dates Gorilla Mode on UA-cam and see what Derek says about it.

If I do try the sazule I want to do it properly and be working out in a groove already for a year or two for optimal gains . Not trying to get Ronnie Coleman huge or anything near that . Shredded 215-220 is good enough as I am already hovering 180-200 naturally

I fell for the BCAA scam in the early days, but after doing a little bit of research I learned that you get enough from complete protein sources and protein powders. I don't understand how people still fall for it now. Don't waste your money on BCAAs! With diet dialled in, all you need is protein powder and creatine, maybe preworkout if you need extra energy and can afford it.

Honestly, considering what we know about BCAA's vs EAA's I'm shocked really that supplement companies aren't just tossing EAA's more readily into their protein powders. it's not like EAA's are stupid expensive either, they cost exactly the same as BCAA's when you buy them separately.

Gakic powder was the most disgusting product I've tasted in my entire life. Vomit coming up was more pleasant than Gakic. And yeah the pills were enormous, and a serving size was around 8. Eight humongous pills. Glad I can pass all this wisdom to my children.
Did you get results from them? I had a trainer saying there was more power coming from my lifts. Next time I took them no noticeable difference. Same happened with CellTech.

My best friend brought in Gakic for our 1RM day in hs football. Can confirm it did not add any additional strength. A few years later in Nutrition for fitness my college professor used Gakic as a slide on why you can't trust supplements because they aren't regulated by the FDA

Hey Derek, this is a completely serious question. Gorilla Mode Nitric. I love the stuff and I feel its effects for hours afterwards. I don't have your expertise but would it be accurate to say that the product is definitely helping blood flow in the nether regions much more than normal, which is never an issue (and been on fin for 1 year at 1 mg a day). When I have my post-workout rituals I feel like that thing is about to pop after nitric. Not complaining. Shit feels like I took a Viagra or some Rhino 3000 gas station pill. Its something I've noticed, and some...friends of mine. Its awesome. Thoughts? I thought it made sense. Lol.
