Lamont! I was hanging out at the Cemetery on Memorial day. I can see why you like it, kind of peaceful and relaxing, thinking about the memories of our loved ones who passed.
I've missed these videos. I'm ok with the crime ones, but enjoy these more.
Same.
Me too!!
For sure!
Me too 💘
Me, too!
Lamont is one of 5 youtubers that I search up every day to see if any new videos have been posted.
Lamont is a g that's why.
Keep up the great content.
My Grandmother died right after my Grandfather, he passed in 2009 and she passed in 2010 so I do believe in what you said Lamont together 4ever is true love!!💞💐
In about 2003 my late husband and I restored 22 statues along with altars and miscellaneous at St. Patrick's cathedral in Ft. Worth. We were staying in a newer hotel though the name escapes me. It was at the base of some hills. Anyhoo there was a very small fenced off plot in the middle of the parking lot with 3 or 4 graves. Turns out the entire hillside at one time had been covered with graves that had been lost or destroyed over the years. It was very odd but interesting at the same time. Thanks for the upload!
I find peace in a graveyard. Whenever I visit one and see a dilapidated or broken head stone, I will do my best to make it presentable. Doesn’t matter who it is. Everyone is the same in life and in death to me.
Lamont... I too love cemeteries since I was young. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for showing such compassion, concern and respect to the families and those that have passed.
I definitely believe if ur married to ur soulmate for decades and one dies, the other one dies right after of a broken heart 💔 it’s really sad but so poetic
Of course the scriptures say you become one flesh!
I agree
On your live streams people tell you about all the places you should visit (murders, etc.). But these types of videos will always be my absolute favorite because they celebrate the lives of everyday people. Thank you for these!
Agreed.
Me too! I feel the same exact way!
It hurts when parents outlive their child.
So true and it happens a lot sadly 😔
Adam and Eve felt that pain firsthand.
Yes, I agree. My cousin died young and my aunt and uncle had a hard time getting over it. It a hard thing to deal. In life parents aren't supposed to outlive their kids.
@@robbylake3784 Yeah it's horrible 😔 it shouldn't be that way I'm so sorry your Aunt and Uncle with through that!
@@b-dalebarksdale348 Thank you.
Found this comment that someone had left on Bert J Pitkin's Find A Grave. His 2 sons were only 1 and 2. Very sad.
Found dead in his home during a fire apparently caused by an explosion.
His wife had remarried in 1973 but died in 1982.
The Pitkin family at 14:53 was very interesting.
The father and son both died Oct. 4 1971 and the
other son died 5 days later.
Would like to hear the story behind that one.
I just did some research on it. It appears that they passed away from one of the two gas explosions that took place on Oct 4, 1971in North Richland TX. Apparently these incidents are pretty common in that area.
@@TheJayhawk79 Thankyou. I tried finding out about it but couldn't find anything.
I just tried to Google it. In 1982, when I was in high school, my cousin's 3 baby girls burned in a house fire. I figured something similar. Thanks for the info, very sad.
I saw that as well. Very sad. The mother passed 10 years later
@@lisaknox4257 That's really sad. A few comments up it mentions a gas explosion that did happen in Texas on that date. That would seem the most likely scenario
You are ten minutes away from me ! I have several family members buried there. You should do a Greenwood part II. A famous stunt pilot is buried there. And a very tragic shooting of Fort Worth police officer Hank Nava in 2005 is buried at that Mausoleum. So many other famous people. Including a tree that goes back to the 1700s. Deeper into the cemetery you have massive headstones. By the way Van Cliburn won a International Piano competition in Moscow in 1958. Not a easy thing to do during the cold war. And he played in the White House for President Reagan for Soviet Chairman Gorbachev in 1987 State dinner. Gorbachev was very happy when Cliburn played "Moscow nights"
Anytime you're in Fort Worth or just passing thru, let me know. You always have a place to crash at our place here in Fort Worth!
That's nice of you
And then lamont will never be seen agian
@@trailer_trash_Barbie LoL hahahaha
@@patlewis7591 there some really freaky people now a days. He might be a nice guy but you cant trust no one.
@@trailer_trash_Barbie That's why I laughed, because I know this is a nice guy!...
Safe Travels Lamont 🙏
I have a local cemetery where I live and it’s a popular for weekend and dog walkers. Hundreds of years old with 200,000 or so sleeping people. Always fascinated with the stories behind their death or life. Thank you Lamont for telling the story’s they are unable to tell.
As always....Thank you Lamont for keeping the memory alive for those who have passed before us. You treat these souls with the dignity & respect they deserve....🌹🙏💐✝️💐

Thanks so much for posting these cemetery tours. They're so interesting and I always look forward to seeing new ones!
Hello from Iowa . There are some beautiful cemeteries out there. Thanks for showing us them Be safe 😎
one of my close friends from highschool is buried here, danny michael lee who unfortunately took his own life at the age of 16 in 2008.. he was an amazing person, a great drummer and he wore an entire orange outfit head to toe every tuesday after his best friend graduated who passed the tradition down to him. i believe he’s buried beside his father. his passing shook that tiny town to pieces for a long time.
These videos have been getting me through my work day!!
Great video Lamont keep up the great work
Thank you for remembering these people and telling this story!😢
Love your show. You have so much info and are so respectful.
This cemetery isn't too far from where I grew up. Wonderful job as usual. 👍
U look scary asf
You're in my city. You should visit the historic Lake Como Cemetery in Como Texas. I along with 21 other men a year ago cleaned it up and in the process of restoration and repairs.
Like the headstones. They hold up under the elements. Nice to see you Lamont. Your are the most articulate. The voice recognition always shows perfect voice enunciation.💜💜🇺🇸🇺🇸Keep on Keppin' on.

All you're videos are awesome and very informative and keep up the great work
Some tragic stories but oddly interesting to learn about.
I live in Arlington Texas, and two of my great grandparents are buried at Greenwood cemetery. It is a beautiful place. Thank you for visiting.
Wow! Van Cliburn! Thanks for sharing,
Lamont.
Enjoyed this video. Family and friends are buried at Greenwood.
Lamont, this one in my own back yard. I like your style you have your own ways of doing this, and it’s very interesting and you give a lot of information. If you weren’t doing this I would have never known. I use to visit graves from time to time and say a prayer, leave flowers to as any people who were buried. During Christmas I try to visit my buddy Bill Hurst Sr. I’ve missed him so much, we had one hell of a ride growing up.I sometimes play some songs for him and other if I’m able. I’ll take drum and a friend of mine will take his piano and we will play a couple songs for them.thank you Lamont for all you do.✌🏻👍🏻❤️
I grew up near a couple, the Gholsons, who died 16 days apart when I was 10. And one of the saddest headstones I've ever seen is of a lady I knew, Mrs. Timmons, who lost both of her sons a year apart; hers says "I never knew lonely until you two left."
Lamont, thank you for another video.
Thanks for sharing as always 🙏🏼
Thank you. I always enjoy your videos.
Lamont your videos are always interesting and can tell that you really care about these people's passing. Stay safe my friend 🙏
I had read a study many years ago that showed when couples have been married a very long time, the surviving spouse typically doesn't live more than 3 years. There are exceptions but if you watch obits and read grave markers, you'll find this is very often true.
My grandparents were married 20 years and then grandpa died suddenly but grandma lived another 40 years
@@chichi5751 The exact same with my grandparents.!! My grandfather died suddenly after they have been married about 25 years. Then, my grandma died 44 years later. She said she never wanted to get married because she had a good husband. I guess she felt no other man could ever measure up.
Nice to see you Lamont, thank you for your video's. Xxxx
Great video Lamont. Great channel.
Try oakwood cemetery it's half a mile from greenwood. It's an old one but creepy
Awesome job Lamont and beautiful cemetery.
Best channel ever that covers dead people graves shining light on the darkness 💯
I truly love ❤️ this particular type of videos!!!
There at the last of your video, the pitkin family peaked my interest, 3 out of 4 died on the same date in 1971 , sad, something wiped out three members of the pitkin family
Love love love watching your videos! Thanks for putting this content out here for us to enjoy! You’re awesome!
My favorite videos, faces of death. You do a fantastic job with research!
Great video thank you Lamont for your excellent journalism and research
Have a blessed evening.
Hi Lamont, wishing you health and happiness.
Thank you Lamont for doing this video......I love the ones you do that are in my home area!!! I'm born and raised in Bonham Texas,
North Texas/Southern Oklahoma
Appreciate all that you are doing to tell the stories of these people! God bless you 😉
Thank you brother Lamont 👍
Judging from the Confederate national flag at Van Cleberne’s vault leads me to believe he was related, in some way to southern General Patrick Cleburne.
Your videos are so peaceful and respectful.
Welcome to Fort Worth, Lamont!
My favorite city , this my hometown I hope u enjoy my town .💜💜💜💜
Thank you for sharing this segment.
Take care and be safe ❤️
Hey Lamont 👋I love what you do more blessing your way
Keeping hope alive.
A very nice respectful video Lamont thank you 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
My favorite videos of yours are the “faces in death” ones, as I think non famous people should also be remembered. I couldn’t help but notice the World War II vet and Vietnam vet who died during the war. One wonders weather or not they were killed in action.
Your channel is just awesome.
Beautiful Cemetery my Uncle 🙌🏿Really enjoy hearing these stories 👍🏿
Enjoy your videos, thanks for your hard work in bringing these to us. So much I never heard of and they are so interesting.
What a beautiful day and peaceful cemetery. I spend most days myself in the cemeteries. Great places to gather your thoughts, get some exercise , and be away from the living lol. Keep doin you Boo. Enjoy life Lamont. Much respect for your work luv🕊✌

Great video as always, Lamont! ♥️👍🏻
Missed the faces in death videos, glad to have one today 👌
I love when you do mausoleum tours. I always appreciate the architectural beauty and somber silence.
Thank you Lamont
It's so amazing to see that the graves are different in all states I live in Louisiana and our graves are in tomb cuz we are below sea level and in some cemeteries I just see grass and a head stone are a flat headstone but keep the videos coming Lamont ( next you should try going to some abandoned cemeteries ) now those are stories to tell !
Very interesting 👌 great video!!!🙏🏻🧏♀️👍🏻
good one Lamont 👍
Thanks for sharing
Lemont keep doing your thing i like all your videos. Stay up my boy.

You're back at it.
Lamont that’s my last name. There’s a Greenwood street, there’s a Greenwood bank. Check out the Greenwood massacre. When I as younger there were only a few Greenwood’s in the phone book, now there’s lots more
You can always find interesting stories in cemeteries 🐻🤗👍
