Windows 7 End of Support - What do I do now?

In this video, I explain the reasons as to why you need to upgrade your current Windows 7 computer if it used on the internet, and how to go about doing that.
Windows 7 support ended for all editions on January 14th 2020.
Upgrade paths:
Direct in place upgrade to Windows 10 (hardware dependant) within the OS using the ISO creation tool.
Create a bootable USB memory stick using the media creation tool and reinstall Windows with Windows 10.
Buy a new PC or laptop with Windows 10 already installed
If you need to stick to Windows 7:
If the PC is required to stay on the network isolate from the internet by blocking port 80 and port 443 and other ports that applications on your pc may use to access the internet on your home firewall, or via the built in Windows Firewall.
Disconnect it from your network
