Recently I bought a desktop pc, they said no guarantee or warranty for Monitor once we get out from their store, and they said they don't pack the pc that I bought. They simply drop the PC into a polythene carry bag. We paid 14000 rupees and this is their response and service for us also they charged 2% extra charge for swiping credit card. Overall the experience with them is not so good. Customer receiving no good. They said mouse, keyboard free on UA-cam but in reality they charged 500 rupees and said that offer only for laptops. Better to buy any other stores but not with these people.
