I love how they knew which courses received the most praise for their soundtracks. Hearing Berlin, Singapore, and Vancouver back-to-back-to-back put the biggest smile on my face.
Absolutely perfect. They genuinely did not have to do a completely new credits for this. All I think about is how they probably recorded all this music in either early 2022 or late 2021 and have known about everything.

It was a missed oppertunity to not mix the remixed and original SNES themes somewhat in the actual remix, hearing those classical sounds of the OG and hearing the amazingly remixed modern one brings me more chills than the real remix. Nicely done HAYATENDO!
Well why would they? The Booster Course Pass was based off of Tour and its content. These credits are pretty much what Tour never got and because of that it’s only fair that they remix Tour music, not other SNES themes. Super Mario Kart doesn’t deserve to get more of its themes remixed when this is a celebration for Tour. That’s the equivalent of someone’s family not paying any attention to the birthday kid and giving presents to the other child even though it’s not their birthday.
Nintendo did a little of what I was hoping for. I was hoping the credit role would be a mashup of the credits from the past 7 games, where each game’s credit role song had a little section until the end which would end with SNES again.
This was such a wonderful mashup. And I learned that there was absolutely ZERO point in trying to beat the Booster Course Pass in ALL the racing classes, besides 150cc, Mirror, and 200cc!☹️
Suggestion: could you make this but only the original songs? I think that would be really cool. Like a medly of all the originals to recreate the new song! :D
You guys feel like, as amazing as this version is, it would've been 10 times more impactful if they had motifs from every past Mario Kart game, and not just SMK? Like sure, keep Sky High Sundae in the mix, but I feel like it would've been peak if we got small remixes of the credit themes from N64, DS, Wii ETC
It’s better if it’s just a celebration of Tour. It’s because of Tour we even have the Booster Course Pass and Tour was the main focus of it as well. Tour never got its own credits, so it’s only fair that the music is centred around Tour. Besides remixing credits themes from other games is literally the equivalent of being ignored on your birthday while your parents shower the younger sibling in presents and you have to watch.

What could’ve been the cherry on top was that at the very end, when the screen fades to black, a message would be displayed that said “THE END” along with a coin sound effect just like in the original game, or Charles Martinet telling us “goodbye” like in MK64. But hey, I ain’t complaining; the score was amazing! This truly felt like a proper congrats to both players who have been there since the beginning with the SNES and the ones who completed the Wii U version. 🥹🫡
