The Dog Got Out! How to Puppy Proof the Chain-Link Fence

Video shows how I strengthened our chainlink fence after our dog got out. We live close to a highway and her safety is a big concern.
There are no gaps between the house or at the fence corners large enough for her to fit through.
There are only two ways that I think she can get out of our locked backyard fence:
1. Jump over the fence. Unlikely, but not impossible.
2. Crawl under the fence. Very likely, considering that the 20 year old fence has a lot of movement at the ground in a couple of places.
When this video was posted, she has not gotten out again.
