Really hope that shot of Enty in her swimsuit becomes a skin one day, especially if it's L2D. Also, definitely the best batch of swimsuit skins so far.

It should have been an L2D though. Taihoe does not need another L2D.
It fits Bismarck to the letter, even in her Zwei upgrade
We rarely get L2D with a new UR. I think UVH has been the only one.
Makes sense to where they're not sure how well received a new ship will be, therefore don't go the extra mile with L2D that may sell poorly.
Also, gives a chance to have dolphins make 2 skin purchases when a L2D is released afterwards.
Fair business practice, the only downside is sometimes the static skin is really nice and would have made a great L2D.
A part of it comes back to the artist too... Some of them are probably more willing/available to make skins and L2Ds.

Bismarck finally got a swimsuit. She has surpassed my expectations once more in both striking and elegant ways. New Jersey comes close to that as well. Regensburg was like out of no where. Those two have made my summer 2023.
