In March & April we rebuilt Vanhalen's engine at Blueprint Garage where Rene under the strict supervision of Joe learned to do many mechanical things himself. A bunch of Engine Rebuild videos still sit in his hard-drive as he tries to figure out how to edit so much footage LoL In May, we stripped the interior and made plans for the rebuild. Also it was election month and wasn't that an eventful time for all Malaysians? I still have tiny bit of black indelible ink left on my finger. In June, we finally are 70% into the rebuild of Vanhalen 2.0 and soon we will be back on the road going further pushing north. We will have to test him out for long distance before putting him through the super challenging distance of Malaysia to Europe. Here is part 1 of our Rebuild Videos. Honestly so far no. None at all. Our van is not used for work which is what JPJ is always on the lookout for, they don't allow private individual registered vans to be used for work, meaning all seats removed and used to carry stuff. When there are road blocks, they look inside and see we are a travelling family van with seating. That's all.
I am from Turkey..our south side's weather is similar Malaysia maybe..but not rain..only Antalya too much hummidity.Aegean is perfect. North side ( Black Sea ) too much green .for summer is ideal but winter too much snow and fog..

Have another campervan now. Better insulated now using polyurethane foam.
