I just installed OpenChrom software (Version 1.5). However, I am having problems installing Plug-ins. I received the following message: You curently no proprietary converters installed. These are required to open instrument vendor files. Do you want to install converter plug-ins now? However, I followed the software's instructions but could not fix this problem. Can someone guide me to fix this error?
Hi, thanks for your video. (1) Do you know how to set up automatic integration with OpenChrom? (2) Calculate the concentration according to a reference peak? (3) and...did you find a trick to get a clean report with your areas and chromato? Tks u
Hi camiel, I've only needed to manually integrate peaks but you can use the automatic peak detection tool. Then integrate the peaks like before. It will now integrate all of the automatically detected peaks. I usually copy and paste my area values into excel. On excel, you can easily calculate the product/standard ratios based on the areas.
@@MeanderingMonkey Many tks for answering me! 😃 i don't find any other recent tuto or guide manual about OpenChrom, so i wrote directly to the developer in chief to ask for help, and in return he offered to come to the lab for a workshop (of course funded...💲). It's under discussion at the moment, sooooo... perhaps... I'll get some keys in the next few months. Other else i'll probably continue to do same as u. Be well!🤗🌸
@@camielsaprevost4476 Hi, the automatic peak detection tool does not work for me... It does not detect peak even if I have good ones. Do you know how can I change that ?
This is exactly what I wanted. Thank you
very useful video, thank you! I wish more videos'll come about openchrom
You're a lifesaver
Thanks. How to show RT on the peaks, and print the resulted chromatogram?

Can I open a chromatogram from Thermo LC-MS/MS?
Hi, Does anybody know how to put RT on top of the peaks here in openchrom?
You can identify scans as well. Click on the top of the peak and press CTRL + U to set an unknown marker.
Hi there, could you please help me understand how to automatically detect peaks and how to show negative values in the Y-axis
please PM if possible
