I think your "E-clutch" (auto stop feature) feature isn't working because you have kept the torque too high for the job you were doing. Otherwise it's because the driver may need a shock and the plastic screwing (laptops) doesn't give the driver shock when the screws are tightened. Rather it slows the drivers slowly. Also you were handling with fingers. To operate electric screw drivers correctly you need a bit of practice. I hope you have figured it out already. I use Bosch™ driver. 2 times more powerful than this and I have grown a sense when to stop and my fingers automatically release the trigger. I repaired more than 2000 laptops and desktops with it. I over tighten things due to my habit of over tight things not because of driver. When I used manual screw drivers I tightened more so I bought the electric screw driver 9 years ago to get rid of my bad habit, LOL. The driver is still strong and going. I replaced the original 1300mAh lithium ion cell with LG 4000mAh cell 5 years ago. Now the charge lasts 3-4 times more. You can also modify the same. I also have two drill drivers (direct 220V AC current operated) which have mechanical clutches. Their torque control clutches work great for strong jobs like desktop graphics card installation, SMPS installation, light drilling etc. Today I ordered this Black+Decker BD40K27 for a very torque sensitive job which need 0.8nm of torque for best result. I don't know if this will serve the purpose or not. But definitely my hand is a lot experienced with electric driver. I hope you are also very experienced with this by now.
@@NitinTnsGreen I bought this model and the E-Clutch is working flawlessly according to the torque setting. 1 is = 0.5nm. 2=0.85nm. 3=1.25nm etc. 2 is perfect for most applications. 1 will be good for laptops. I haven't tried on laptop as of now, I'm using this for my audio amplifier projects and other household works. I already said you are holding the driver wrong way. You have to hold it in hand like you would hold a knife by it's handle to kill someone. 1=0.5nm is too weak for most application TBH. There is a slight possibility that your driver has a defective E-clutch. I'm using the recent made and may be they have fixed the problem with clutch. To know this you have to hold it right and use it in other applications, like door frame screw, electrical wallet screw etc.
Your Review is Excellent but I don't like automatic with E-Clutch ( Puch & Play )
me also don't like the e clutch shit thats why i return it

Don't teach me how to hold a screw driver. If your unit working flawless is good for you
@@NitinTnsGreen LOL I can see you held the driver wrongly in your video.
@@GMZEntertainment E clutch is working fine. You have to held it tightly otherwise it rotates.
The setting is of torque and not speed. Torque setting and auto cut is useful for tightening the screws not unscrewing..
i know and it can be helpful if there is a dedicated button for turn it on and of like drill machine
