Ya I think closes one is OC for you. Otherwise like 3 towards San Diego. One of these days just come to my demo day and we’ll roll together finally lol I have some sundays and Monday’s off now might have to see when you Available for a ride
@@TheBeardedBobber Yeah good point the Challenger base price is about the same but loaded it doesn’t have nearly as much for almost the same money, but it’s not a full tourer. I’m kind of torn between them both. I’ve only ridden the Challenger.
Both ride great. Base models come in a lot cheaper but ya the road masters come loaded. New seat and all the goodies. I might have gone with the road master dark horse last year if it looked like this back then.
@@TheBeardedBobber The Challenger is super fun though. The power, handling, and braking are impressive for a bagger, and I come from sport/adv bikes. Still great for touring, maybe just not Roadmaster level touring.
Great and informative Video again, like always! .....As far as I know, if you upgrade that 116 engine to stage 2 for the 116s, you should have at least the power like the 116 BBK for the 111s. Should have even a bit more power because the 116s have the high flow heads since 2020. Means, if you want that too with your 111, you can either doing porting with your heads or maybe order also a new 116 head. But you would also need the larger injectors, which are part of the above mentioned stage 2 kit for the 116s.......Pretty complicated, I know! :-)
Have you heard or had any issues with Indian bank sensors not working? I have been hearing this but I am not sure if it is true or how to check if they are working!
Yes from everything I know. They do have it where you can put a bolt in one spot. The year before anyway did so someone couldn’t just walk by and unplug and detach it.
Indian annoyed me. I wanted a Challenger dark horse but I want it in the Red. all of their tins are exactly the same on all three models. I emailed them and asked if they could make this happen and even offered to pay a premium to get it. They told me I'd need to buy a dark horse and get it painted myself. They would literally have to take the tins from production line A and carry them to production line B and they refused. Ah well, guess me and Indian are not meant to be.
Ya I get that. Some of the dealers were switching them for customers. My dealer doesn’t but I’ve seen a few do it. The blue and red look great on the dark horse set up
@@TheBeardedBobber seems like a no brainer for Indian, oh you want that in a red we already make? $1500 and we'll make it happen. Boom done. It's not like I'm trying to get CVO tins on a standard. The bikes Darkhorse and the Limited are literally the same price, I just don't want the chrome
I'm liking all of the new Indians more than HD.
Indian has really stepped up their game over the past couple of years! Wish my local Indian dealership didn't close down. I love doing demo rides!

Love the bronze color with the black trim. This would be perfect for me and my fiancée. Has everything you want from the factory. Too bad it’s $30k.
Ya that’s the going rate for these ones. It’s got way more options than my challenger but this one is barely more money than my dark horse.

@@mindspinn311 What do you mean “not a full tourer”?
I love the bike, I only wish they made it an option to have the 'classic' fairing on it and still be a darkhorse.
Same here!! I think I would’ve got one lol
Nice job!! Looks like a tough day!! Keep it up!
Super tough day haha
Thanks brother
The sound is clear! 👌 Not like my 2018 HD Ultra Ltd!👎 I would like to try that HEAT/COOL seat... 😎 Great review BB!
Oh snap lol ya it’s an all around great bike.
Test rode the roadmaster limited. Liked it alot. Felt very easy and nimble. Little bit raw compared to the challenger. But that's ok
Ya I like the thunderstroke feel in the road master
They need to add XM Radio.
I would like that as well. I mainly use my phone but xm would’ve been nice a few
Times on my trip.

Thank you! That’s a good run down.
I wanna. Ride so bad, had to put my bike up for the winter. Stupid snow!
Ya I couldn’t do the snow. I was bugging just not riding for a couple weeks.
Heated/cool seat. What is the cool part? Nice lookin bike😎😎
Some technology of moving air and helping that swap ass lol
It was a comfy seat I can say that much
@@TheBeardedBobber I hear ya. Would be interesting to try😎😎
Yucaipa area?
Ya started on redlands and went up that way
Hello, I wanted to ask where you ordered the steering wheel for challenger and if you had to do something with the clutch and brake cables
These are KST Kustoms and I didn’t have to switch any cables.
Steering wheel? Come on man. You mean handlebars.
Have you heard or had any issues with Indian bank sensors not working? I have been hearing this but I am not sure if it is true or how to check if they are working!
I have not and my bikes been great. I have almost 10k on my challenger and it’s been great
@@TheBeardedBobber thank you! I am enjoying my Dark Horse a lot! 🙏🏻❤️
Can the trunk be removed?
Ya these are normally set up with a quick release mount and you unplug the wires that run to the trunk
@@TheBeardedBobber great! Thanks!
Is heated grips stock option?
I believe so. They kept saying it but I never looked to make sure the parts list was stock or add on for this one.
Is the rear trunk quick release
Yes from everything I know. They do have it where you can put a bolt in one spot. The year before anyway did so someone couldn’t just walk by and unplug and detach it.
Come on Indian, where's Android Auto
