just noticed that you used the 540s instead of the 542s short hub. did you have any issues when installing this other than cutting the rubber and the clips?
Does the SSTS assembly only work with a work quick release? Or will it mount onto any quick release? Can’t seem to find any info on that. Hopefully you can get back to me even tho this video is over a year old 🙏🏽
Awesome install video! Was looking for a relocation kit for my 2018. Where did you buy all the parts from? & do you have an estimation of how much the total price was for everything? Thanks!
What was the point of turning the clock spring left and right when the steering wheel was off? I’ve been needing to my install mine quick release/hub but messing up the clock spring or just doing something wrong installing it seems intimidating, so much appreciated for a response:)
@nico My point of turning the clock spring was to demonstrate that is a 5.5 rotation clockspring, and in order to verify that it is centered, you can simply count the number of rotations. When you remove the OEM steering wheel, and if it stays in the same position, you can just skip this step. If however, you wish to verify its in a centered position, you can follow the simple counting protocol I used in the video. 2.25 turns to the left (max-left), 2.25 to the right (Center), 2.25 to the right (max-right), 2.25 to the left (Center).
Awesome video! I decided to go with the rapfix gtc but I’m guessing it should be relatively the same. Hopefully Zn8/zd8 is the same install 🤞🏼

It should work with any quick release that uses the same bolt pattern, like NRG, OMP.
Thanks bro! I appreciate the response 🙏🏽
@@saulmoreno8372 as long as it has 6 Bolt 60° 70mm diameter PCD, e.g. Momo, Sparco, ISOTTA and NRG.
@@0xadada got it, I didn’t wanna spend $400 on a works bell quick release that’s why, maybe someday but not now lol
It's called the relocation kit
Works Bell themselves call it the SSTS, but yes 🤷♂️, i added that word to the title to make it more searchable. thanks
